Find beach rentals near Lake Windermere

We loved this house! The interior is absolutely beautiful, there was lots of space in the property and and we found it very comfortable. We did have to buy hand soap as there wasn’t any so just a heads up you might need to bring some with you. The house is at the top of a very steep hill so if anyone struggles with walking you may need to use your car/taxi. Overall this was our favourite house on our road trip.

As a group of middle aged to elderly mountain bikers, we were looking for somewhere located close to the hills but away from the crowds. Hill Top Farm provided this and so much more. We ate every meal "al fresco", patronised a number of local eateries and loved the games room where table tennis matches were hard fought.We had a room each and were very happy with our choice. We loved the place. Our 7 days stay was very enjoyable. The house is ideally located near the town centre on the doorstep for walks around the beautiful surroundings

Lovely stay, place was clean and tidy. Location was perfect in between Bowness and Windermere itself. Left us all relaxed.

Great location and well presented property. Had everything we needed for a long weekend in the Lakes. Would definitely recommend and return again.
