All very good. The pool was lovely, the communication was spot on and the property is as advertised. Only problems we had was with the internet but this was resolved. The showers needed a descale and we found the button used to call a taxi didn’t work. Not really a problem as you could walk to the bottom of the road and either hale a taxi or jump on the bus. All in all it was a very enjoyable holiday for us all.

We had a wonderful stay in Dalyan as a family of four, my mum, my sister, my husband, and myself. The accommodation was perfect for our needs, especially for our elderly mum; having her own well-equipped cooking facilities made everything much easier and more comfortable. The view overlooking Iztuzu Beach was absolutely stunning, peaceful, quiet, and perfect for unwinding. Each of us had our own space, which made the stay feel very personal and relaxing. My husband, who did all the driving, found the roads easy to navigate and completely stress-free.Dalyan itself was a delight. We loved the boat trip, the turtle rescue centre, and visiting the famous thermal mud baths and hot springs at Sultaniye, so much fun and surprisingly rejuvenating! The natural minerals left our skin feeling great. We also enjoyed visiting the traditional Turkish hammams in town, which was a calming and authentic experience.A special thank you to Osman and his family, who looked after us so well throughout our stay. They were always available to answer any questions we had and made sure we felt welcomed and comfortable.We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with a touch of adventure and wellness.

This was a lovely modern villa with great views, deep sizeable pool and plenty of loungers. Contact with Katie pre trip was very good - fast and helpful. We really enjoyed the location. The small town of Sarigerme was a few mins by car from the villa and had a choice of 4 x supermarkets, restaurants and shops. The 2 x local beaches were also close (about 2km), vast and sandy. Our favourite beach was the Turtle beach at Iztuzu a pretty 20 min drive through rural Turkey, round a mountain, which we enjoyed. We hired a car which we found useful but you could get by without. Dalaman had a great covered market. The villa was well equipped. We had a few minor issues at the outset with missing kitchen essentials such as kettle and coffee machine but these were sorted swiftly by Ahmet, the maintenance man, who was excellent - very kind and helpful. The only information omitted from the website is the incredibly steep slope up to the 2nd row of villas, which must be about 2:1. Some cars needed several attempts to get up it, sliding back down. I've never seen anything like it in UK or abroad and we've stayed in some remote places! We used an alternative unmade road which was very rocky but preferable. Regardless we really enjoyed our stay - Thank you.

As a large party of 12 people it was difficult to find somewhere to cater all our needs and these villas just did that! We were able to have our own living spaces between the villas but come together to eat and chill round the pool! The swimming pool was probably the highlight! Massive pool with children’s pool so was ideal for all ages! The pool was cleaned daily aswell as the pool areas! Transfers were arranged to and from airport in a lovely 15 seater, with no hassles it was a very smooth return trip! Was met on arrival and departure from Villa by the host who showed us round and helped us with anything. Arranged someone to come and book excursions with etc. villas were modern and had all amenities on site that we needed! Plenty of bedding and towels supplied. Air con throughout Villa was a godsend at this time of year! If you go in August make sure you take mosquitoes repellent as we all got bitten alive by them which is normal for August due to the humidity but we didn’t realise before we left! Villa was located about a 10min walk into town but cabs work out about £4 so was easy to get cabs to and from Villa if needed. Overall we loved this villa and town! Will definitely come back again! Thank you to the hosts for such a great holiday for us all and making it all such a relaxing time away!

The Villa is in a great location, only a short walk to town. It has every home comfort you could imagine. The hosts are a pleasure to deal with. It feels like a privilege to have been able to stay here. Thank you

A modern spacious villa in quiet yet central location within an easy walk of bars and restaurants. Well appointed with large pool and all the facilities you will need. The host and owner were both great. A top spot in Dalyan.

We have stayed at several villas in Dalyan over the years, but this was the best. It is just a few minutes walk from the river and a 5-minute walk into town. The south-facing pool keeps the sun all day long, and the jacuzzi catches the setting sun over the mountain view. The villa was very comfortable, well-maintained, and fully equipped, including bicycles for quick trips around town. The management agent was very helpful and fast to respond to any questions. We highly recommend this villa and hope to return next year.

Even though we arrived late, the driver was waiting for us outside the airport. A representative was at the villa to greet us and hand over the keys. Location was perfect for walking (cycling for those with walking difficulties, only £3/day for bike hire) to the restaurants in the town and surrounding areas. Boat trip to the Monday market on the lake, bus to the beach and turtle hospital, walk along the beach and back on a local boat up the river, very chilling. Heatwave meant lots of pool dipping which was cleaned regularly. Aircon worked well on the few nights that we needed it. All in all a fantastic holiday!
