Find beach rentals near Krios Beach

Beautiful spot right on the beach. Kosta and Annick very kind and helpful. Lovely to have villa cleaned everyday. Restaurant opposite amazingly friendly. We had a perfect holiday.

The property is a 2nd (top) floor apartment, about 500m from the centre of Paleochora. There is sufficient on street parking, at least in early May. We never had difficulty finding a space outside of the building. There are stunning views from the main bedroom and associated balcony. Also from the kitchen/ living room along the sea front to the pier where the ferries dock. Constructive criticism is that there are too few cooking utensils, such as you may use in a frying pan or as a serving ladle. Also a microwave and some extra drinking cups would be very welcome. Overall though a great place to stay and experience South West Crete.

This is a very rare property in that it ticks all the boxes for a superb holiday. The property itself is faultless and the location really can't be beaten. The owner, Maria, goes out of her way to make sure that guests are comfortable and content.

Fantastic 4 nights stay. Peaceful and tranquil. Will be returning next year with the family.

Our young family stayed in the Villa for 5 nights in September 2020 with our two year old daughter. The view from the Villa and garden was just breathtaking - the online photos do not do it justice and watching the sunset over the sea was incredible. The Villa was spotless upon arrival and well equipped with beach towels, crockery etc. Location wise the accommodation was well positioned to drive to Elafonissi Beach which is a stunning beach and certainly worth a visit. The host was great and met us at the Villa when we arrived. We would highly recommend the Villa.

The property is immaculate - clean and well equipped throughout. George and his family were great managers of the property and worked hard to ensure that our stay was enjoyable. Great views of the sea from the terrace of the villa. Livadia village is small. There are no shops in the village, but Gialites taverna serves great food. Great place for a relaxing holiday getting away from it all.

First time in Paleochora Really nice restaurants, bars & coffee place’s. Stayed in early June

We stayed here for a week and found it very spacious, extremely clean and relaxing. A few small things would have gained it 5 stars - some water in the fridge, some salt, pepper and oil. But easy to put right. We especially appreciated the owner responding quickly to messages and sending us lots of helpful information. A very high standard of accommodation and Paleochora is delightful.
