Zafarraya rentals with hot tubs

Very large and spacious home. Pool table was a bonus as the weather wasnt suitable for pool use most days. Hosts are lovely.

This is a lovely property set in what for us was an ideal location. A quiet street in a quiet Spanish village with amazing views across the reservoir to the valley beyond. It is the best equipped property we've rented and we loved that the owner does not have everything swept out of the cupboards. So we found non-perishables such as herbs and spices, oils and vinegars in the cupboard. A quick check of expiry dates and we could use what we needed and then replace if necessary. Much less wasteful. If you're looking for the razzmatazz of the resorts on the coast then this isn't the property for you. If you're looking to kick back, relax by the pool and have an authentic Spanish experience then you will be happy here. The village shop sells just about everything and the walk up the hill means you can enjoy your Spanish breakfast knowing you've earned it. Just a note that the property is on three levels, so it's not for those with mobility issues.

Not our first stay & certainly won’t be our last. Amanda was super helpful from booking onward. Colin & Karen met us & the villa was immaculate. The villa is lovely and comfortable both in and out. All equipment you need plus the beautiful pool, the pool shower & outside pergoda and seating. The views are incredible

The villa was very clean and tidy located in a rural setting. Takes a while to get to it but the views are fantastic. Contains everything that is necessary and more.

This is one of the best villas we have ever stayed in. We were a 4 generation family group, and it worked perfectly for us, with shady areas under the vines and pergola, a play area and a secure pool, made better with the use of artificial grass round the pool. The villa.is very.well equipped with just about everything you need for a relaxing holiday and very spacious bedrooms with the added advantage of air conditioning in most bedrooms, the villa also has a disability friendly bathroom. The layout of the villa means that it would.work for family groups or for two or three families. The only thing I would say is when you are driving there Google.Cortilo cortigo and take the directions from their website. But I'd highly recommend this villa and we are looking at booking again next year.

The house and grounds were immaculate and the host was attentive but not intrusive; he responded to our queries immediately , not that we had many as we had everything we needed.

We returned to the UK from Vine Ridge and came crashing back to reality! Our week spent in the Vine Ridge apartment, hosted by David and Jacqui, was the tonic we very much needed. Our journey started with the breathtaking trip up to the house - breathtaking in more ways than one! They made us very welcome, and at the same time never intruded. The apartment met all our expectations, as did the swimming pool area and, of course, the hot tub! We woke each morning to the most fantastic views of the mountains and the valleys of the area. Our first place to visit was Comares, and we were very taken with the white buildings, the winding alleys and the spectacular views all around, and we were amongst the local Spanish and their culture. We visited Torre del Mar, Nerja, Benamargosa, the reservoir of Vinuela, and El Torcal near Antequera (a geological sight to see). We enjoyed meals out, especially at El Molino in Los Ventorros, and the Bar Camping in Comares. The rest of the time, we spent the rest of the time enjoying the sun. bbq and wine in and around the apartment and pool at Vine Ridge. Thank you David and Jacqui, and we sincerely hope to be paying you another visit.
