We have greatly appreciated the house with all equipment you need for holidays in family or with friends. Beds are comfortable and there is many place to tidy closes. it's too bad that a bedroom has no air conditioning. And perhaps too many bees around the swimming-pool sometimes.

We had a fantastic family holiday at this house in Koundouros. The house is spacious and well equipped with a lovely large pool and views across the bay. Well located for the excellent beach and resort within walking distance. Many thanks to Maria and Panos for all their help with arranging our stay.

We loved our stay at Villa Thea. The house is perfect and has gorgeous views and unforgettable sunsets. Highly recommended.

A charming beach house..nice old style kitchen with very large fridge/freezer..very easy to prepare meals. Mosquito nets on all windows and doors. Decoration is understated and simple as a seaside house should be . Lovely terraces to sit out on and a shaded seating area and table. Beautiful views. Shingle beach in front of house and rocks to be avoided on entering the sea....the plus side being that people tend to go further down the beach where it is sandy! Very helpful and friendly owners who live in house above who spoilt us with veg from their garden. Maria the agent was very helpful and efficient.
