Costitx rentals with hot tubs

The whole process was excellent - great communication before and during our stay. The house is very well decorated, with a lovely simple feel. Plenty of outside space for six adults. The saltwater pool was much better than a usual chlorine pool (but be aware no shallow end for young children..) We enjoyed the local town (including a festival) but roads great to get to nearby towns and other parts of the island. It was the perfect house and location for a perfect holiday!

From the pool to the kitchen everything that you need for a family holiday. Owner Katy was really helpful with information, location perfect, from beaches to towns. If we praise it too much it might not be available next time!

This property is wonderful. We stayed here as 2 families with children of all ages and thoroughly enjoyed every minute. The facilities are great and owner was always available for any issues to support. There were a few minor areas in need of maintenance, but this did not affect our stay and I would highly recommend the villa.

Everything about this villa was right for us. Close to other family in Ariany. Inland Mallorca is great. Weather was mostly warm, bit couldnt open doors because of cats. Chilly in the evenings and mornings, but no central heating. Overall, we enjoyed staying here very much.

The house is a very nice place. Sineu is a great location to discover a lot of Mallorca's beaches and beautiful old towns around.

This unique property was a destination in itself, especially if you like contemporary design. It was light, spacious and well laid out, with all the rooms on one level except for a mezzanine study area that overlooked the living space. There were lovely views of the garden from all rooms. The house was designed to let in an abundance of natural light, with the sun controlled by roof overhangs, planting and other shading. The 16m lap pool was stunning and was great for children and adults alike. We were hardly out of it. The house was extremely well equipped and, unlike many rental properties, there were basic cooking items (eg herbs), drinks and cleaning items in the house when we arrived so you only needed to replace what you used. It was nice that items could be rolled over to the next guests. It makes a difference to arrive at a house with some basic items or unopened food rather than having to equip a house with everything from scratch and then feel much of it is wasted if you have to clear the house at the end of your stay. It's a much more environmentally friendly way of renting. Rafael, the owner - a lovely man - greeted us when we arrived and when we left. His daughter Joana was excellent with the communication and could not have been more helpful with any queries that we had. The house was a rare gem amongst the many rental properties we have stayed in in Mallorca over the last 30 years.
