We loved our stay, it was absolutely perfect for a family getaway

We were very excited about our visit to Killin and were not disappointed on our arrival. The Victorian villa was warm, bright and inviting. The rooms were large, clean and beautifully prepared with a theme through out all of them. The Kitchen and dining room were perfect for our family celebration on the Saturday night. The table seated 12 comfortably. The countryside around Killin is great for walking. It snowed all day Saturday but there was the promise of the hot tub on our return. We had a wonderful weekend and didn't want to leave.

The positioning of this property is beyond superb. To wake every morning to the views across the loch was amazing. To be invigorated in the dammed up waterfall before lounging in the sauna completely new experience. Why would you ever leave?

We stayed here over the New Year for a family holiday and we were not disappointed. The lodge itself was lovely and clean, very well equipped ( grandkids loved the Nintendo Wii ) and the view over the loch was stunning. The weather was snowy and cold but we still made good use of the hot tub. The kids had brought their sledge's with them and the host, Wallace, pointed us to a safe location to use them. Wallace was very helpful throughout our stay and nothing seemed a bother to him. We all had a fantastic time and we will return in the future. Amazing accommodation and fantastic host.

First time me and my partner have been to Scotland and we are so glad to have chosen this beautiful holiday at the annexe the owner Wallace is such a great guy very helpful and so accommodating for our needs We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and the accommodation was so perfect and so modern you literally do not need to leave the apartment once you have the food in. He has thought of everything. We are already planning on our next visit to the annexe but this time bringing our kids. We would recommend this apartment to anyone

Upon arrival we were welcomed by warm lighting and a chilled bottle of bubbles. It was just what we needed after our long journey. The cottage was beautiful, with stunning country views to enjoy over breakfast. The hot tub was a relaxing addition and the cottage was just what we were after. I would thoroughly recommend this property to anyone looking to enjoy the Scottish scenery, long walks, nature and some R&R. A wonderful week away!

We all had a fab time, just what we needed, we have a girls weekend every year and this is by far the best place we have stayed in, we cycled, hot tubbed, walked, ate, drank and totally relaxed. We loved the view and the peace, the area was perfect for us too, places to go for coffee and lunch. Thanks so much, we will be back I’m sure.

Just amazing! Our first trip to Scotland and this is an excellent base to explore. It’s in such a wonderful location, it is compact but very comfortable and extremely well equipped. We are planning our next stay already! Thank you
