The listing was 100% accurate. The host provided all the information needed about the local area, things to do and places to eat, including those that were dog friendly. The local area is as peaceful as you can get here in the UK. Withernsea was a short drive away which made accessing the beach easily done. The lodge it self is beautifully decorated, has all the amenities you need for a short stay. The host even left a welcome package and hung up a happy birthday bunting as we were celebrating a birthday. 12/10. Oh and the hot tub was amazing too. Highly recommend that you stay here.

Super little find. Loved the cottage, facilities and lay out. Log burner fabulous and so kind to be given an extra basket of logs. Hot tub brilliant. Very hot and spacious. Felt a very special place to stay. Lovely additional touches, birthday bunting, proseco, chocolate, biscuits and balloon 😔

Beautiful property every thing there apart from no downstairs toilet which made it a little awkward as we have a disabled daughter but how it read on the discription was as if it had a downstairs shower room with a loo! Beautiful basket of food and drinks Anyway we managed and had a wonderful Christmas at the old police house in a great location thank you Charles! We will recommend your place to friends and family as it’s a great getaway
