Niort rentals with hot tubs

Our host lives with his family in the main house, they were very friendly and helpful without being imposing. The gite was clean, comfortable and had everything needed for a self catering holiday. The weather was beautiful if not a little hot, reaching around 38 degrees - maybe a fan would have made sleeping a bit more comfortable. The online description doesn’t do the gite and especially the pool and garden area justice as many improvements have been made since those photos were taken. The village and surrounding areas were lovely, very close to Niort and the Mervent Forest. We would definitely recommend this gite.

Our experiences started well with the owners answering all queries promptly on the property before we arrived. The property is lovely with the property owners being very friendly and welcoming. The property is well laid out and very well equipped with appliances. Unfortunately the weather was unusually cold during our stay and the property took a little while to warm up, but in the summertime and hot weather this place would be perfect. There is areas to sit and socialise outside. The area is beautifully quiet being in a rural village but there are some beautiful towns within 15minutes drive.

My family had a wonderful stay. The gite is thoughtfully designed and very well equipped. The furnishings are up-to-date and everything works well. The beds are comfortable. The swimming pool and hot tub are delightful. The garden is charming and we enjoyed playing badminton. Our hosts made us feel very welcome and gave us a lot of helpful information. The location is excellent for an outdoor holiday with plenty of boating and walking opportunities nearby. We had a day at the beach (it took about 1h20m to drive there). Highly recommended.
