Find mountain rentals near Susa Valley

The little orange number 16 tram trundles regularly outside the window. So does the number 3. They take you to the centre of the city and the whole experience of Turin is laid open. The apartment is immaculately decorated, equipped and maintained. Christina is a welcoming host and responds to any queries quickly and effectively. We would have no hesitation in recommending Casa Margherita and we would be delighted to stay again in the future.

Our group loved the apartment which is in a beautiful village in stunning surroundings. The apartment is compact but was the perfect accommodation to come back to after snowboarding each day. It’s well equipped and the kitchen facilities mean that you have the choice of eating out or eating in. The apartment is warm, plenty of hot water, storage for snowboard/skis in the basement and has good facilities, including wifi. Great pizzeria in Jouvenceaux… would def recommend that. Aside from that, there aren’t many bars and restaurants in Jouvenceaux, so we walked up to Sauze on a couple of evenings. Bit of a steep walk, but worth it for a fun night out. As we visited during the last week in March, the Jouvenceaux chairlift to the Sauze D’Oulx ski area was only open for the first day of the six days that we were there. This wasn’t a problem for us because we had a car, but worth keeping in mind if you’re visiting late in the season without a car. We hired a car which really helped, and would recommend this for anyone staying in Jouvenceaux. We could drive up to Sauze to get the chairlift or pick up supplies, and it also meant we could drive over to Sestriere and Montgenevre, both of which are great. The ski link from Sauze to Sestriere was closed, so the car came in really handy… even though it was a bit of a squeeze getting 4 guys and snowboards into an Opel Karl (where there’s a will there’s a way). Really good communication from the owner Roberto prior to our visit and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this apartment to others, and would be more than happy to stay again. Grazie Roberto.

We really enjoyed staying at Mario and Samanta's apartment. Samanta was great at staying in touch. The apartment was clean. comfortable and had enough space for 4 adults. We were pleased to be able to cook basic meals in the kitchen. The location was very good. Only a short walk to the nearest ski lift. Very close to ski rental shops, restaurants and bars.

The spacious appartement is decorated with love and care and lots of antiques which have been in the family for ages. The house in its beautiful park is a haven of peace and nature, but the transtation is only minutes away and brings you within 20 minutes to Turin's busy city centre. But the best of all is the family of Barbara, who take the utmost care that the guests feel really welcome. An absolute star and a place to come back to.

We had a wonderful week in this apartment. It was comfortable and very well maintained, and had everything we needed. We were made to feel very welcome upon arrival and the owner was a pleasure to correspond with, and extremely helpful. We hope to return to Turin and would love to stay here again.
