Find oceanfront rentals near Gefyra beach

This villa was a great find at last minute. There are 2 villas at the site though only one rented out at a time. Each has a great pool surrounded by amazingly well cared for and fertile gardens. Both designed to take advantage of the amazing views over the sea and Kalymnos and amazing sunsets . Each is a 2 bedroom villa with 2 bathrooms and well appointed kitchen, No washing machine though.. small exchange for the views. Beautiful and modern. Could have done with some seating on the eastern side of the property to make the most of the morning sun... the dining tables outside great for afternoon/evening sun ,but in the shade in the morning . Great location down a side road track on road to Mastichari up hill with fabulous views.Easy to explore and get down to beaches all over the island. The local town Mastichari has good supermarket and huge choice restaurants for evening meals ..only 1 .5 km away . The owner Werner easily contactable and lovely lady who looks after the villa..nothing too much trouble Great choice for a great holiday :)

Fotini and Matthew are superb hosts, from arranging a taxi, to offering recommendations on where to eat. Apartment is beautiful, modern, sparkling clean and the view from the balcony is amazing. A stunning place to stay.

We had a blissful stay at the villa, the sunset views are amongst the best we’ve ever experienced. The welcome from Irene and Mikes was wonderful, we feel like we’ve made real friends. The village of Masouri has plenty of great restaurants, bars mini markets etc and Telendos is well worth the short boat ride. Enjoy a wonderful cocktail at The Drop in Telendos harbour. We will be back. Thank you for an amazing week.

Manolis was a great host, the house is beautiful and felt like a real home for the week.

Kastelli Blu is a perfect two person house of considerable charm. Wonderful views over the sea to Telendos from the large balcony and a backdrop of honey coloured crags , where you can see the climbers perform their acrobatics. Simply but adequately furnished, including some intriguing decorative items, Blu is very comfortable. You can go to sleep in the comfy bed to the sound of the sea and wake to the sound of goat bells. There is no television but this is a bonus as it allows you to fully appreciate the ambience of the place. The kitchen has all you need, although some might miss a microwave (we didn't!). Plenty of parking. For climbers, it is possible to walk to Kastelli, Dolphin and the Odyssey & adjacent areas. Swimming is possible from the rocks below the house but sea conditions do need to be calm to get in/out without bashing into the rocks & the walk down is a bit rubbly. We had a wonderful week & certainly plan to return. Thanks John!
