Find oceanfront rentals near Asteria Beach

A wonderful property in a fantastic location. Katerina was very helpful and provided local recommendations.

Lefteris was friendly and helpful. He arranged for a taxi to meet us at the port. A 10L container of drinking water was provided and he even gave us a bottle of wine from is own grapes. The stone built studio is cosy, homely and private. We never tired of the view across the valley. There are no shops or tavernas in the village and car hire is recommended. However, we chose not to hire a car just for the couple of days that we stayed there and we didn't find this to be a problem. The roads were reasonably quiet and made for pleasant walking either up to Taverna Nikolas, further up the valley or down to shops and restaurant Enlefko, and others, in Vari on the coast.

A beautiful villa built with great care and character and a lovely location above the bay. We had an incredibly relaxing stay and recharged wonderfully. Syros is a hidden gem of an island with plenty of beaches, and Ermoupoli must be one of the prettiest towns in Greece (all the nicer since you wouldn't guess this from the view coming in on the ferry). We were very well looked after amd have nothing but happy memories of the many excellent eating spots around the house, the pool, and the lovely terrace for evening drinks.

We stayed in Labros and Lilly's house in late July with our toddler. The house is in the Centre of the island but very well located between the main town and best beach Kini. The best times of day are mornings and evenings. The house has magnificent views of the sunset and stars. Labros was very helpful to us, picking us up and helping drop all our stuff off at the ferry. We had a lovely stay. Thank you!
