We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful property in October 2024. The property occupies two floors and a courtyard of a traditional Amsterdam terraced house. It is exceptionally stylish - beautifully decorated with top quality fittings and furnishings, even nicer than the photos in the listing. It is a wonderfully relaxing house with a calm and restful atmosphere. It was spotlessly clean and had everything you could possibly want for an enjoyable stay. It is well-located in a leafy residential area, just outside the main tourist areas but everything is within walking distance or short tram ride. Anke was a perfect host, who checked in to make sure we were all happy but was never intrusive and was exceptionally helpful with our endless parking queries. Many thanks also to the lovely Daphne who checked us in and out and made sure we had everything we needed. We would highly recommend this property.

We were greeted and down round the cosy apartment by one of our hosts Ben. Both Heidi and Ben were most generous and we arrived to a well stocked fridge and larder. The apartment was as described, comfortable and in a really great position to see central Amsterdam by foot. It was amazing to stay in the heart of the city and have a bite into a canal. We’d come back anytime!

We ended up 12 hours late at the property due to a cancelled flight and Jan the owner was so accommodating and made us feel really welcome . He met us late in the evening and explained everything so professionally about the beautiful apartment . The place was so nicely furnished and spotlessly clean . Beds were super comfy and showers really nice . Jan also supplied some hot and cold drinks and snacks which were much appreciated . It was a great experience and I would highly recommend this place to stay . 5 stars all the way . We will return and thanks for your amazing hospitality and tips on the area Jan . Myself and my partner stayed in Peter's beautiful apartment and it had everything we needed to feel at home while staying in Amsterdam! It acted as an excellent base to explore the city. From Peter's door, there is a bus stop that provides amazing access to transport and is only a few stops from Amsterdam Central. The apartment is just a stone's throw from Haarlemmerdijk which is a fantastic street filled with an array of shops and eateries and can be the perfect segway into walking towards the city center Would definitely stay again — and hope to!
