Booked for group of 19 for stag weekend. Place was perfect and had everything you could want. Would be good if there was a BBQ but other than this the place was ideal and great location. Had so much information shared in advance of check in and every detail was covered. Photos don’t do it justice! Would recommend and would definitely book again!

Very happy with our accommodation. Would like to come back some day when not so busy with wedding and family visits and explore the area.

This is a lovely home and a perfect spot to get away from it all. There was plenty of room for 7 of us and the teens and dog loved the garden. It was cold enough in the evenings to enjoy the cosy fire, and so much to do in the area during the day. It’s definitely a spot we would love to visit again!

Clean and spacious place to stay. These holiday cottages are an ideal base for people wanting to explore Blackpool and the Lakes.

Hired for suprise 30th birthday get together for our family. House was ready as promised, very clean and bedrooms exactly what we needed, double beds for couples with single beds in same room for children, we even had the water bed which was a big suprise. Huge kitchen/dining room with table with space for all. Plenty of spices and condiments in the cupboards. Warm throughout the house, the lounges were comfy and the children fascinated with the secret room. Short walk into the village/town where plenty of shops, pubs and takeaways. Could quite happily live there.

This is a lovely property which is beautifully decorated and is an ideal place for a walking break. There is a wood burning stove which is great after a day out. The owners have thought of everything you might want. The setting has a view over the fields and a brook. There is an outside seating area as well. The house is a short walk from the centre of Waddington, where there are pubs with excellent food options. There are a number of walks nearby. We recommend this property.
