We received a lovely message from the hosts shortly after booking and were reassured that this was truly dog friendly accomodation. The dog welcome pack was a lovely touch with lots of bits we could use if needed whilst we were there. The lodge was comfortable, warm and had everything we needed for our stay.

We had a lovely stay in this beautiful lodge. The lodge was spotlessly clean, very comfortable and warm and it smelt lovely. It’s a perfect base for exploring the lakes. The lodge is in a quiet part of the park so evenings were very peaceful. The colouring books and crayons were a nice touch as were the board games and books. The holiday park restaurant served good food. The owner of the lodge seemed very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay here and want to come back next year.

the lodge was lovely and in a quiet spot. Within a 5 minute walk you can be at the little marina which is lovely spot to sit and watch the boats. Location is great for areas - Winderemere, Bowness, Ambleside and Grassmere Communication from Helen is fantastic - Helen is happy to provide all the local knowledge you would need and she goes above and beyond with helping people - especially to those who leave their keys behind !! Thank you for a lovely holiday and will return

Our stay was perfect. The chalet was clean, spacious and perfect for us. We had everything we needed and more. The park itself was in a lovely location, we could safely walk to zip world which was basically next door. Ideal for a 11 and 16 year old. 20minuites in the car to Ambleside (due to traffic), bus stop outside if needed. Just perfect. Thank You.

Wonderful communication, really thoughtful list of local attractions was very handy. The dog box was a very welcome touch (especially since we ran out of poo bags), everything was just perfect, would stay again!

Amazing lodge, felt very homely and welcoming, extremely clean and well maintained. Very pet friendly ! Love the idea of having a pet box stocked with toys, poo bags and pet accessories. Extremely well priced considering it was mothers day weekend will 100% be staying again in the near future.

Lovely stay in a lovely lodge. Everything as described, clean and tidy and really helpful information given by Helen about stay and local area if you have never visited before. Within walking distance of a local pub and onsite facilities also but kitchen very well equipped. Comfy, home away from home after long walks in beautiful surroundings. Lodge is very pet friendly but as visitors without animals, you could tell it had been cleaned well and was perfect for us.

Cant praise Daisy Lodge highly enough. This is a prefect place to have a break at the lakes. We have stopped here a few times now and we will be planning to stop again.
