Sunnyside Cottage is a 19th century cottage situated in Bampton, Oxfordshire. The property is located in the same village the famous TV drama Downton Abbey was filmed. It has been carefully renovated into a modern country cottage, with features such as Hypnos beds and designer furniture, however the property still retains its period charms with its exposed beams and wood burning stove. The property has an open-plan living room with an open fire and dining room, as well as a fitted kitchen with a separate breakfast located in the conservatory. There is one ground floor king-size bedroom and one first floor king-size bedroom with two separate bath and shower rooms and WC. Outside is a classic cottage garden courtyard, perfectly manicured with a table and chairs provided. Off road parking is available. Sunnyside Cottage is perfect for two couples. No children or Pets allowed.
Amenities: Central heating,woodburner and starter logs provided during the winter season. Siemens hob, oven and grill, with plate warmer, integral dishwasher, large fridge/ freezer, microwave. SMART TV, digital radio with Bluetooth, WIFI, selection of books and games. Garden and rear courtyard with table and chairs. Off road parking. Washing machine with separate dryer. Shop and pub 0.5 miles. Please be aware as this is a traditional cottage, the ceiling in the living room is quite low for people over 6ft. No Pets and No Children under the age of 10. Please note that the bed can be made as a super kingsize or twin. Requests for this must be made at least two weeks prior to arrival.
