Amazing location to explore Barcelona, excellent transport links. Communication from host was very good, with helpful access instructions and a video also. Very clean apartment, 6 comfortable beds in 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with very good showers. Kitchen with everything you need. Comfy sofa with large TV to relax at end of the day. A great spot - would highly recommend.

Exactly as advertised

Great stay in a great location if you want to be right in the middle of the action. Pictures are accurate. The unit was clean and spacious enough for the 6 of us. Would stay here again.

Great stay in Barcelona

Wonderful apartment to stay in in Barcelona. Centrally located, comfortable, and well-stocked. Only thing is, it can get a bit loud in the back two bedrooms because of neighborhood noise. But, you're staying near the ramblas in a party town... so you should be expecting that!

Perfect spot on Barcelona

Couldn’t have found a better place - close to all the action but not on a noisy street. Spacious, clean and easy to get to, this apartment exceeded our expectations. The host was quick to respond and helpful. Just bring your own laundry detergent, everything else is there. Highly recommend.

Great Unit

Loved the stay but was a bit loud with a bar directly underneath. Typically wouldn’t mind but I had a one year old that kept waking up throughout the busy nights. Will definitely go back for an adult stay only :)

Location was important for us. With 2 adult single men with us. We got the best of both worlds. Our own rooms and walking distance to everything, from tours, food options to going out. Not far from beaches, shopping and did I mention food? The alleys were great a little loud at night but good stuff. We also used the transport recommended and it was so easy and totally worth it. 45€ for all of us and convenient. definitely go back!

Skip the weekends.

Overall the property was great….. clean, check in was easy, property management was accommodative, great area of Barcelona. Unfortunately, there is a bar a couple doors down from the property which is open 11 pm to 3 am on Fridays and Saturdays. The noise is unbelievably loud. The other bar noise thought the week was totally manageable but Friday night the noise from this bar woke all of us up and kept us up. If you are a light sleeper or have small kids I would think twice about the property which is unfortunate because we loved everything else about it.

Excellent Location

This is an excellent location, however, there is street noise so one must be aware of this. Perhaps a fan or ear plugs could solve this. Also, the unit below has a hot tub so late night parties may occur. This would not discourage me from booking again. A minor inconvenience. It is located right off the main Rambla and Gothic area. Also, short jaunt to the famous market. When we arrived, the hot water heater was not working. The host has it resolved in less than one half hour of arrival. Awesome response time. Felt very secure in the rental. Had all amenities and showers were awesome. Beds very comfortable.

This apartment was perfect for our group of six. the three bedrooms are well appointed and the two bathrooms were very handy with that many adults. The location was great, if you've ever gone to Bar Pastis, you will love it - it is just around the corner! Check in was easy and communication with Renaldo was fantastic and we would absolutely stay here again.
