Beautiful apartment in Eixample part of the city. It was clean and spacious. Had everything we needed. Food market was close. Easy walk to Casa Mila and Casa Batlló. Many great restaurants near by. Felt very safe walking around. Daniel was very helpful with recommendations and quickly replied to questions.

This vrbo is absolutely perfect. Exact match to the description. The unit was very clean, linen and towels were fresh and new. Everything was in working condition. The gentlemen in the office next door were absolutely wonderful. Raul gave us a list of restaurants to try and they were all very good. The price was on the higher end but we were very happy to have had stayed in the 3 bedrooms which provided us with ample of space. Location can't be beat, Every morning, I walked 3 minutes to get my fresh orange juice at the grocery store and crossed the street to Turris for a freshly baked crossiant and baguette. We were able to walk everywhere from this location. Life is good in Barcelona! Will be back soon.

Our stat was great. It’s the perfect location to transit and sites. Very comfortable for a family of 6. I would stay there again. The service from property management was wonderful and helpful.

Barcelona work trip

Stayed here for a work trip, very wonderful apartment with spacious rooms. Conveniently located in the heart of the city. Would be great for groups or families. Highly recommended.

Our stay was great! Daniel was a wonderful host, explaining everything about the place to us. We were 5 adults & fit very comfortably. A meal, local points of interest, the metro & bus were all in walking distance. The gelato shop might of been a little too close, as we enjoyed some almost every evening :)

The apartment was great!! Our check in was perfect - we were early - they let us leave our bags and they delivered them to the apartment so we could explore the city!! When it was time for check in they gave us a quick tour of the apartment - the location was perfect - walkable to almost everything - Highly recommend!!

The space was accurate and okay for our family of 4 traveling with a son and daughter. However, This was not a 5-star and overall very disappointed for the money paid especially as compared to other 5 star properties I have booked in Europe. We had issues with the air conditioning and walkable if you want to walk 30 minutes each way to things. Only close to Casa Mila and Battlo. Beds and pillows are terrible but I am also not a fan of IKEA products in those spaces.

Lovely Oasis

The apartment was great!! Our check in was perfect - we were early - and the apartment was ready for us. They gave us a quick tour of the apartment - were available as we figured out how to run the washer/dryer, and very communicative throughout. We met friends we haven't seen in a long while in Barcelona. It was a super place to relax and reconnect. A neighborhood bar a block away became a regular hangout - very friendly. As well, the location was perfect - walkable to almost everything - Highly recommend!!

Barca experience

Our twelve year old grandson was participating in a week long soccer camp through the Barca program. His team was staying at a nearby hotel so we booked this apartment through VRBO so my wife, daughter and I could be nearby to easily participate in the grandson’s activities. The location was perfect and the facilities were quite comfortable for the three of us and allowed for frequent visits with the grandson also.As with any intercity location, you do get some street noise, but not so bad that it can’t be masked at nighttime with a good white noise app. The office staff spoke excellent English and was very helpful and accommodating.

My family of six adults stayed here for almost a week. The communication with the host was excellent. The property is in a residential area and it is close to grocery stores, restaurants, a drug store, the metro and a piazza. The apartment has an elevator so no dragging luggage up the stairs. We loved the living space; there is a large comfortable sectional couch where all six of us could all fit. The air conditioning was great. The beds were comfy. There was two full new bathrooms. The host recommended several excellent restaurants very close to the apartment. The host also arranged transportation to the airport for us. I absolutely would stay here again or at an apartment owned by “click and flat”. Stay here!

We loved staying in this Gracia VRBO. The location was fantastic, walking distance to many great restaurants and easy to get to the trains. Three bedrooms was great for our family of five, and having a kitchen was so helpful. There are several grocery stores nearby. We felt very safe in this area and loved the gelato store right below called Parallelo. We saw so much of Barcelona thanks to this location including Sagrada Família, Park Guell, Guadi houses and even Pope Leo as we were lucky enough to be in town the same week he was in Spain. His procession was two blocks from our rental. I can’t say enough great things about location, cleanliness and comfort of this amazing flat. Having a lift was nice when we had luggage or needed a break from stairs. It’s only one floor up but the beautiful high ceilings have the distance between floors about two flights. Everything was perfect and We can’t wait to come back.

Property was very nice & clean. Unfortunately, the air conditioning did not work. We did have property management look at it and the “reset the system,” but there was no change. Apartment was consistently above 80F (27C). Location and amenities were as described.
