In the very center of Barcelona, facing the sea and with direct views of the monument of Colon and the sea from the living room and bedrooms. Two double rooms with double bed and one single with two single beds. Option of double sofa bed. Two full bathrooms (one with shower and one with bath), fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, TV. DVD, free Wifi Internet. Terrace that overlooks the living room.

Location, location, location…. Great spot. Clean reasonably comfortable. We didn’t cook -can’t speak as to kitchen amenities. They did leave us 6 coffee pods to “get started” with. We bring our own coffee. Surprisingly… the starter supplies is 1.5 rolls of toilet paper … not enough for 4 nights… so we had to buy TP… left more than we got. The beds are comfy and the unit was clean.

Muchas gracias por tu comentario, esto nos ayuda mucho a mejorar para los futuros huéspedes. Una pena no haber conseguido la quinta estrella, supongo que relacionado por no haber dejado suficiente papel de wc para tu estancia de 4 dias. Como indicamos en nuestro anuncio, siempre dejamos un pack de bienvenida para las primeras horas/dias de estancia, pero no podemos dejar todo lo necesario para toda la estancia. Hay huéspedes que solo estan un dia y les sobra con el pack de bienvenida, pero hay otros que en ocasiones estan hasta 30 dias seguidos, y es imposible ajustarse a todo. Sentimos mucho que esto haya sido un inconveniente, pero lo intentaremos mejorar en el futuro. Nunca dejamos medio rollo, en este caso, seguro que tenias una unidad nueva en alguno de los cajones. Una pena no haberlo sabido antes y poder ayudaros a solucionarlo.

Firstly, the host was excellent with regards to communications before leaving home. All questions were promptly replied to and travel arrangements from airport to residence were made with the host's assistance. Security of the building was excellent. With an early morning arrival, we were permitted to store our luggage at the apartment while being cleaned allowing us to explore Barcelona until check in time at 3:00pm.With a group of six adults and two children, sleeping arrangements were very comfortable and the living area was very good. A nice view from the balcony. The kitchen was small but very adequate. Laundry facilities were available and easily accessible.Two bathrooms were extremely convenient and a good size.Location was very central. Everything was within walking distance, such as restaurants, groceries, pharmacy and night life.We would reserve this accommodation again and do highly recommend it for any other visitors to Barcelona.

We stay in this apartment a few days before our cruise to see some of Barcelona. The apartment was very clean and within walking distance of most things we wanted to visit. The host is very easy to communicate with and we would definitely stay again if we return to Barcelona in the future.

Lovely and comfortable apartment in a beautiful setting

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely apartment near the harbor in Barcelona. Don’t forget to look out one of the bedroom doors to see the lovely view of the sea. We had no problem walking anywhere and a Metro stop was very nearby. It’s right across the street from the best Maritime Museum we’ve ever seen.

Good way to kick off a cruise vacation.

Our host was fantastic and very responsive. Although the apartment showed a little wear and tear, it was a great value and for our needs perfectly. It is close to the La Rambla, public transportation, the grocery store, and the cruise terminal. Thanks for a great vacation.

Very comfortable!

Apartment worked very well for our group of 5. It is well equipped and comfortable. Apartment was very clean, and had everything that we needed. We had great views from 3 balconies. Location was a real winner. It is practically across the street from La Rambla, and 3 min walk from Metro, L3 line, which is the main line to get to most of attractions in Barcelona. Overall, great stay!
