Au calme et près de la mer

Accueil très prévenant par le propriétaire polyglotte. Il avait réponse à tout! Une grande volonté de mettre à l'aise les locataires. Merci à lui et à son épouse.

location conforme à la description

Antonio et Catharina nous ont accueillis avec beaucoup de gentillesse; le logement est conforme à la description et une petite plage se trouve à 50 mètres à pied. passé le 1er aperçu sur la vue de l'usine pétrochimique de Saroch, tout était parfait. commodités à proximité du logement et très accessible de l'aéroport de Cagliari: en transport en commun ou voiture pied à terre sympathique pour explorer clagliari et sa région

Appartamento discreto ma avrebbe bisogno di una ristrutturazione specie per i serramenti

gentile proprietario ti fa sentire subito a tuo agio Peccato che l'appartamento sia inserito in un contesto abitativo (frutti d'oro) dove non si offre gran che ai turisti e anche per la spiaggia (discreta)è la stessa cosa poco servita.

Sorprende il giudizio sulla spiaggia perché, notoriamente, è tra le meglio dotate di servizi e di esercizi, con presenza di vari punti ristoro, grande parcheggio gratuito alle spalle della spiaggia, possibilità di affittare ombrelloni, sdrai, lettini ed altre attrezzature da spiaggia. Nelle immediate vicinanze vi sono ristoranti, pizzerie, bar-tabacchi, gelateria e edicola. Parte della spiaggia è riservata al KiteSurf dove gli atleti si allenano e gareggiano per campionati a livello internazionale. Mostre artistiche e mercatino nelle settimane estive per promuovere gli artisti locali e servizio di biblioteca in spiaggia Sono inoltre assicurati efficienti servizi di sicurezza e simpatici spettacoli di animazione. Per quanto concerne l’appartamento, è ristrutturato ad eccezione degli infissi per i quali è in atto un progetto di riqualificazione energetica, che ne prevede la totale sostituzione nel 2017. La residenza Frutti d’Oro I è privata e assicura un soggiorno in totale tranquillità

Very nice holiday

Its a very nice place if you want rest in quiet. Owners are nice and helpful. Apartment have everything you need to live. Beach and shop are nearly. We spent there very good week. I recommend this to everybody who want to rest from noise. Katarzyna, Dariusz i Paweł

Appartement dans un quartier résidentiel, propre ,calme, possibilité de garer la voiture. le propriétaire est très accueillant et très sympa il donne de bons conseils . Je recommande cette location.

Ci fa piacere che il soggiorno nel nostro appartamento sia stato gradevole. Ci dispiace per i cani, capita qualche volta che nelle ville vicine ci siano dei cani e ci dispiace che durante questo soggiorno, siano stati particolarmente noiosi.

casa molto bella e silenziosa dotata di ogni comfort situata vicino al mare e alle principali strade per visitare le bellissime spiagge nelle vicinanze o per una visita a Cagliari; molto gentili e disponibili i proprietari...la consiglierei proprio per una piacevole vacanza

Schönes Appartment, mit guter Ausstattung und toller Unterstützung für Touren durch Sardinien (Bücher, Karten etc. werden zur Verfügung gestellt). Der Strand ist quasi vor dem Haus. Die Umgebung ist ruhig. Supermarkt, Restaurants, Bars etc. sind zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Alles ist perfekt für einen schönen Sardinien-Urlaub. Spezielle Interessen (Geologie, Archäologie) unbedigt den Vermietern mitteilen da sie sehr kompetent helfen können.
