The apartment is located in Via dei Servi, in the district of San Giovanni, in the historic center of Florence, on the first floor of a building of considerable historical interest built in the fifteenth century. The building belonged to the Arte dei Mercatanti dei Calimala (one of the greater guilds of Florence in the Late Middle Ages) as shows the stone emblem with an eagle attached to the facade.
The apartment Oasi is a private and quiet apartment, composed of: a large central hall; a double bedroom; a mezzanine hosting a bedroom; a kitchen; and two bathrooms. The apartment also has a terrace, which overlooks an internal courtyard, furnished with a table and ornamental plants.
The interiors have been particularly cared for, combining history, design, and comfort; the old painted wooden ceiling of the fifteenth century with what remains of the 18th century floral decorations gives the place an authentic and magical touch.
The apartment is equipped with a double bed of a square and a half meter in the main bedroom, a double bed in the mezzanine, a really comfortable sofa bed in the main hall. All mattresses are of excellent quality.
The two bathrooms are located on the ground floor and on the mezzanine floor, both equipped with showers. The kitchen has been recently refurbished with modern equipment. On the mezzanine floor a wardrobe, a washing machine and a dryer can be used. There is a TV and Wi-Fi connection. The building has a lift.
