A Great Place to Stay in Florence

The apartment was clean, modern and quite at night for good sleeping. The location was close to many restaurants, shops and within walking distance to the train station and many of the sights of Florence.

Wonderful location and excellent host

We arrived very late for our stay, but the hosts were there to show us the property, answer any questions we had, and give advice on local restaurants and things to see. The location was great and we walked to all sites we wanted to see. This is a city, and there are people outside until very late. So the one caution is if you are a very light sleeper this could be an issue. But - the noise is to be expected. We would definitely stay again!

Visiting daughter in Florence

Great location and property for my visit to see my study abroad daughter. To be expected, stairs are steep but at least this unit is on the first level. Street noise from bedroom window was pretty loud, but being in the city something that is expected. The property itself was top notch!

must walk up several step steps in a dark hallway, more quiet area, but just blocks from more lively area. would have like if book of instructions had some english-could not understand how to operate the washing machine or how to find the bus stops

Very clean. Great pillows. Interesting layout, but very nice. Had an issue with the hot water and received a response within a few minutes and we were able to fix it by text with him coaching me through what to do. Complaints- the front room is LOUD. It's right above a street with lots of mopeds. My ipad with fan noise mostly drowned it out. The walk to City center got old after a few days. It's not far, but just far enough. Very satisfied with the place though. You could do far worse with a place to stay.
