Walk to Main Street! Large Cozy Multi-Family Condo, sleeps 14. 3 BR, with Den.

Our location provides a unique wrap around deck with unparalleled views of the Rendezvous Event Center, a permanent stage and event area to be used in Hideaway Park throughout the year. Watch your kiddos sled on the hideaway park sledding hill from kitchen window or deck. You'll also love the convenience our unit provides of a short, one block walk to the shuttle stop, as well as, walking just two blocks to your pick of shopping, restaurants, and entertainment.

This spacious 3 bed/3 bath condominium is located on the second floor in building 1 of Trailhead Lodges. There is also a Den equipped with 2 sets of twin bunks. The unit sleeps 12 people perfectly, but can accommodate up to 14 with the queen sleeper sofa. The unit includes granite counter-tops in the kitchen and bathrooms, stainless steel appliances, including a gas range, radiant heated floors, and a gas fireplace. This condo has a King bed in the Master bedroom, a queen bed in the second bedroom, custom made queen bunks in the 3rd bedroom, a bonus sleeping den off the kitchen, which contains 2 sets of twin bunk beds, and a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room. We also provide a pack and play for infants/toddlers. There is a 55 inch flat screen swivel wall mount TV in living room, as well as a 32 inch flat screen in each of the three bedrooms. We provide Wi-fi throughout condo, as well as Google Chrome on each TV, so you can stream programs/movies for the kiddos.

We are also conveniently located just across the parking lot from the Clubhouse. There you will find a hot tub, heated year round swimming pool, exercise room, pool table, kitchen for use by all residents of the complex, out door fire pit and grills for public use.

White Christmas Get Away

This is our second time staying at the Trailhead Lodges and we loved it! The property was as described in the pictures. It had everything we needed for our stay. The location was unbeatable and the views were spectacular! Will definitely be back sooner than later!

Awesome location!

This property is conveniently located across from hideaway park. It’s just a short walk to the bus stop to go to the mountain or to go shopping or eat out! The twin bunks were a nice addition to sleeping for the kids and we had more than enough space for the 9 of us. Tracey was easy to work with and we would definitely stay here again!

This condo is beyond what we imagined! The comfort and all the available amenities made us feel at home. We thoroughly enjoyed this home away from home! It was my fiance's first Winter Park experience and he was awestruck! We'll definitely be back! Bonus, it is located directly across from the park and one block from main street.

Perfect condo for a relaxing getaway!

This condo was as perfect as it could get. Walking distance to everything in downtown Winter Park. Facility had heated pool and hot tub. The condo is in great condition, which is nice because a fair amount of VRBO's are dated, but not this one! No issues what so ever.

Christmas in WP was amazing!

Two families shared this amazing condo that was spacious, comfortable, centrally located and perfect for our Christmas vacation. We had plenty of room for kids to have their own space, plenty of space to eat for the 9 of us, heated pool and hot tub was a fabulous addition. We would rent this condo again! Highly recommend for two families with kids. Plenty of room, plenty of hooks to hang ski equipment and plenty of space. Thank you!

Perfect location for summer trip.

We had an amazing family reunion. Fit us all comfortably. Kids loved the pool and hot tub. Everyone enjoyed the walkability to shops, grocery and liquor store, parks, skatepark, creek and trails. As a bonus the balcony overlooks the Rendezvous event center for live music. You can also pull up one of the free lawn chairs the center provides and crack a beer on the large grass area in front of the stage. Most important though is that great memories were made with the family.

Great location, spacious for our family. Loved having a washer and dryer.

Club house had issues. Boiler is not big enough (per Maintenance) to keep the hot tub and pool heated. Elevator was not operational during our entire stay. Owner was very responsive and pleasant.

Great stay for 8 adults 2 small kids

Everything was great. The bunk room was TIGHT. Okay for kids, but we had 2 adults on the bottom bunks and used the top bunks for luggage. It is hard for adults to get in and out of the bottom bunks; LOW clearance. It would be great if the top bunks could be raised 12 inches. All in all, a great stay, nice rooms and bathrooms, sleeper sofa comfortable temperpedic type mattress. Great location, about a block to the shuttle bus stops. Easy walk to restaranuts and shopping. Kitchen had everything we needed, and we cooked a lot. Thanks for a great stay!

Great VRBO. Could use a little more kitchen supplies

We absolutely loved our stay here. Communication was excellent. As someone else said, it's much nicer and bigger than the pictures would suggest. My only suggestion for improvement is to supply some storage containers. There was nothing with a lid. And since we assumed there would be, we didn't notice until after we got our groceries or we would have bought some aluminum foil (which we did the 2nd day) to cover the few containers that are there. There are plenty of pots and pans, but they could use an upgrade also. Everything else met or exceeded expectations. As a tip to future guests, the red line drops off the closest. Pick up in front of McDonalds is great because multiple lines stop there on the way to the resort, but they seem to stop at various places (other than what the maps shows) coming back, so you may have a half mile walk unless you come back on the red line. Oh, and the app is very flawed. It will say bus arrival in 2 minutes, and it might be 40 minutes until it gets there. While waiting for the busses, I heard quite a few people complaining about it. The one good thing it's good for is showing the actual current locatiion of the busses so you can see where they are and where they're headed and make your own judgements for when to be at the stop. I'd definitely stay here again.

Convenient, Clean and Great Stay!

We first stayed at Tracey's place back in 2018 and then every year at another Trailhead Lodge unit next building over until our friends sold their unit. We are back again at Tracey's unit since we had my sister's family of 2 young kids and Tracey's 3 bedroom + den/bunkroom was PERFECT for us! There was plenty of space for everyone and 3 bathrooms, so everyone can take a shower without waiting! This is the building closest to Hideaway Park- the kids spent every day sledding and playing on the playground! Her unit is also on the second floor- so it wasn't too bad to haul gear up and down the stairs and the elevators are finicky in their operation (at no fault of the owners as HOA is just a little slower to get someone out on the holidays). The clubhouse was great to take a business call and the older teens had a blast with the pool table. Tracey's beds (Master and Queen Rooms) are memory foam, which was a delight after a day of skiing! Her kitchen had more than the basic necessities to cook meals at home, along with oil and spices. Safeway is pretty close for grocery shopping (but I recommended if you're driving to buy bulk of groceries including cases of water before coming up as all bottled water was out of stock that day we went). The fridge has a fresh filter and the water tasted great (unlike the chlorine we are used to in Texas). Tracey even had extra blankets in the closets which really helped when the Artic Storm blasted in bringing temps to negative degrees and wind chill to -50! The radiant heating worked amazing! Thank you so much, Tracey, for extended your ski place to us! We will be back again next year since my niece and nephew really really like skiing so much!

Great house with unbelievable views of the park.

Very well maintained house with plenty of room for our large family. Close to most restaurants and stores. The contact for the house was extremely responsive. I would highly recommend this house in Winter Park.

Amazing property

We came with our 4 boys and several of their friends ages 12-18. The condo was spacious enough that the 12 of us never seemed cramped. All in all it’s a. Beautiful condo with a great pool Rec area steps away from everything.

This place is perfect!

The pictures do not do this place justice, it is absolutely wonderful and I am super picky. It actually has more than three bedrooms the heated floors are sweet little touch and the location is super convenient to everything. It was an easy drive to the base of the mountain and we had no trouble parking even during peak spring break season. I can’t say enough about how nice places is! An absolute gem!

Spring Break 2022 Family Ski Trip

Wonderful condo for a large group to stay in Winterpark! Tracey is very helpful and the property is very nice, clean, close to everything and the skiing was amazing! I would highly recommend this place to anyone coming to Winterpark!
