September Cottage is a lovely spacious five-bedroom house in the heart of Roserrow, surrounded by luscious green fields. The house is beautifully appointed, tastefully furnished and offers a lovely lawned garden and patio making it the perfect spot for family holidays.

Throughout the property, you'll find an abundance of light and airy decor, while the spacious sitting area boasts comfortable seating and a television. Flowing seamlessly from the sitting room, the conservatory offers additional seating, creating an ideal space to unwind after a day of exploring. The expansive open-plan kitchen and dining area serves as a central hub for communal meals, equipped with an electric cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, food processor, and cafetiere. The dining space comfortably accommodates up to ten guests, and an additional sofa area enhances your morning coffee moments.

The first floor also features the fifth bedroom, complete with a double bed and a convenient en-suite bathroom. On the first floor, there are four further bedrooms. The first bedroom boasts a king-size bed with an en-suite bathroom, while bedrooms two and three offer twin single beds, with bedroom two featuring an en-suite shower room. Bedroom four is furnished with bunk beds, making it an ideal choice for families or larger groups seeking a holiday retreat. Polzeath Beach is only a 20-minute walk across the golf course and you can also walk to the family-friendly beach at Daymer Bay. September Cottage is in an ideal location for beach and surfing holidays throughout the year, the coastal path is magnificent and the local area is ripe for exploring.

Spacious but "tired" property

"September" is a spacious property and is an ideal family base . Maintenance, however, was poor with many broken fittings including a shower and lightbulbs. Im short "September" is tired and merits updating.

Great for a family holiday.

Wonderful large family holiday home for all ages. 5 min drive to Polzeath beach. 30 min walk for the younger members of the family! Good washing/drying facilities plus the garden. Enjoyed large kitchen with table big enough to seat 10. Plenty of play room for the children. We had a great time, assisted by mostly sunny weather! P.s We arranged a supermarket delivery for when we arrived which I would recommend.

Happy holidays

This was our second visit to September cottage having found it last year. Yet again the whole process from booking to leaving the property after our break was a breeze. The property was spotless and the welcome hamper was a lovely touch. This is a great location with a 15/20 minute walk to Polzeath beach and if you play golf 5 minutes to the 1st tee at the Point The house itself was well maintained with plenty of space for our party of ten, the grounds were very well managed and looked great I would thoroughly recommend September cottage for a quality family holiday and will be looking to book it again next year.

Summer in September

September cottage is well situated for a summer holiday in Polzeath. Set inland in the Roserrow complex, it is a 20 minute walk from the beach. It has no views of the sea so would not be ideal off-season. It is well equipped and comfortable. Above all, it is a spacious property and is ideal for a multi-generational family. It is also a tranquil spot.
