Sana apartment is located in Villa Rede on the sunny and panoramic hill of Stresa in the Carciano area on the first floor of a beautiful building. Elegantly furnished with luxurious accessories, it offers an enchanting view of the Borromean Islands



From the entrance you can reach the bright living room with comfortable sofas, satellite TV, large dining table and large windows from which you can enjoy an incomparable view of the Borromean islands and the city of Stresa. Also available in this room a single bed 80 x 190 cm. From the living room you can enter the modern kitchen very well equipped. In front of the apartment there is a long terrace with a dining table and deck chair for relax time. There are two bedrooms, one with double bed and access to the terrace where you can enjoy the lake view and with an en suite bathroom with a large tub / shower cabin. The second bedroom has two single beds that can be approached and the second bathroom has a shower. Guests have available a washing machine and a parking space within the fenced property. Around the building there is a beautiful condominium garden with flowering plants. In just two minutes by car and in ten minutes on foot you can reach the lake. The center of Stresa is around a 5-minute drive away.

Wonderful and Convenient

We stayed 5 days in this beautiful apartment. Convenient to the downtown. After long days visiting the area we came back to this comfortable and lovely setting to relax and enjoy the views. We thoroughly enjoyed Stresa and our time in the apartment.

Great location with a wonderful view

Great holidays with my family ( grand parents, husband and my daughter that has a wheelchair ). Great place up the hill with very nice view, comfort, lift, space, all material needed. Large terrasse to take our meals. Perfect to lay back and have a good break.

Stunning Apartment and View

This is a lovely apartment away from the crowds but close to everything in Stresa and the surrounding area. The views from the living room/dining area, kitchen and master bedroom are amazing and it is a bit hard to tear yourself away from the huge terrace. The apartment and parking are in a gated area that felt extremely secure and private.

Exceptional View

The apartment is spacious and the terraces are as well with gorgeous views of Lake Maggiore. There is seating for many people inside and outside. The apartment was cleaned well before our arrival. Communication was excellent. The area is quiet yet just a 10 minute ride to Stresa or a 35-40 walk if you are able. We were just 2, but this rental could easily accommodate another couple or 2 children. We would rent this space again should we return to the area. The pictures are totally accurate.

Une vue de rêve

Nous avons trouvé un appartement correspondant à nos attentes.la vue est extraordinaire ! Toutefois,nous pensons que l’immeuble et l’appartement auraient besoin d’un rafraîchissement.Les s.de b sont vieillottes ,il y a des pbs électriques,le lave -vaisselle disfonctionne et nous avons finit le séjour coincés dans l’assesseur 3/4 d’heure !

Super Aussicht -Schlechtes Internet

Die Photos im Inserat waren alle korrekt. Das Appartement ist super. Beide Schlafzimmer, das Wohnzimmer, Bäder und Küche sind sehr schön. Einen Punkt abzug gibt es für das mangelhafte Internet. Viele Male musste uns Lisa (unserer Kontakt zur Agentur und immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit) aufsuchen, weil schon wieder kein Kontakt zum WLAN möglich war. Von 12 Tagen waren wir 6 Tage völlig ohne Internet und manche Tage erst nachdem Lisa uns abends aufsuchte. Dies trübte die Urlaubsfreude sehr, weil man Unternehmungen mit WLAN planen möchte sowie Tickets für Unternehmungen oft online buchen muss. Ein weiterer unangenehmer Punkt war der Whirlpool im Bad. Als wir ihn das erste Mal unbedarft anschalteten ergoß sich eine schwarze Brühe aus den Düsen. Unter Nutzung von privaten Datenrouming konnte ich die englische Betriebsanleitung herunterladen. Wir reinigten die Anlage (Dauer 3 Stunden) und konnten sie anschließend benutzen. Hier wäre es hilfreich, den Gästen eine Kurzanleitung zur Verfügung zu stellen. Im Inserat stand auch SAT-TV. Es gibt aber nur lokales Fernsehen. Da sollte man die Erwartungen nicht zu hoch setzen. Insgesamt war es eine schöne Zeit, obwohl Lisa oft kommen musste.

Spectacular Views

Great apartment with spectacular views over Lake Maggiore across to Isola Bella. The property photos do not do it justice. Property was well maintained. There are two bedrooms, one with a view over the lake, and the other at the back of the property. Unfortunately this room has no natural light. We had a very comfortable 3night stay. The property is up a very steep hill (which is why you get such amazing views) that the car wasn’t very happy about! Checkout time is from 8-10 and the agency come to check you out and make sure everything was in order. I would recommend this property.

Traumhafter Blick

Schöne grosszügige Wohnung und eben ein traumhafter Blick. Deutlicher im Inserat hinterlegt sollte sein, dass man Bettwäsche + Handtücher extra dazu buchen und auch die Betten selbst beziehen muss. Hinsichtlich Geschirr könnte die Küche besser ausgestattet sein. Ansonsten schöne Wohnung.

Objektbeschreibung nicht korrekt

Kein SAT TV vorhanden, ausschließlich italienisches TV. Nur 1 Topf vorhanden, Pfannen alle zerkratzt. Gartenliege sind aus Holz, der Vermieter schließt die Auflagen weg, also nicht nutzbar da total unbequem. Auflagen für die Stühle stark verschmutzt. Fazit, der Blick ist unschlagbar, wenn man nicht kocht ist die Wohnung okay.

A Truly Amazing View!

Our time in Stresa was certainly enriched by our stay at this lovely flat. It was very spacious and comfortable. While the walk downhill and into town may be a struggle for some, the view is absolutely worth it! We had no trouble accessing taxi service and enjoyed to fact that we were so close to many attraction and meeting spaces. Highly recommend!

Déçus

Un appartement sans eau (à quelques gouttes près permettant à 1 personne de prendre une micro douche froide le matin), sans intervention et sans information préalable du gestionnaire (pb déjà connu à notre arrivée) et sans aucune proposition de remplacement, ni même un pack d'eau offert !! On y survit tout de même, mais au prix de la nuit, c'est tout bonnement inadmissible ! Sinon, appartement avec très belle vue sur le lac, donc sur les hauteurs... et isolé (voiture obligatoire à chaque sortie, même pour la glace du soir). Enfin, craintif des moustiques : s'abstenir.
