I stayed in CASA PEDUM one week in May with my husband and daughter. We really enjoyed our stay there. The apartment was clean and comfortable, the kitchen well equipped and it was lovely to have two bathrooms. The view from the balcony is very beautiful. The location is good, if you have a car; it is close to Stresa and a perfect base to explore the lake from.

The property is set in a little village about 10 minutes drive or an hours walk from Stresa. Lovely surroundings and a superb view. The roads can be narrow and some of the bends are sharp but once you are there it’s very relaxing. Communication with the host was quick and efficient and the owner met us for check in and check out.

Beautiful views of Lago Maggiore and a comfortable apartment. Lovely host, Alessandra. The only drawback was that you are high up above Stresa, along 6km of narrow winding roads. This is Italy of course; houses were there before the cars.

A Hidden Gem

What a great holiday apartment with stunning views from the balcony just like the photos show.Set in the heart of the village the accommodation is clean and tidy, with a well equipped kitchen (dishwasher and washing machine). The bedrooms were all a good size with comfy beds and nice linen.The lounge area had good seating and doors out onto the balcony, It was great to have good Wi-Fi for our teenage children and for us to book tickets and day trips etc. We found getting to the village easy and as Alexandria, the lovely host, met us in the village square, we were at the property in no time ,being shown around,and she made sure we were happy with everything, which we were. We had a fabulous holiday here as there is so much to see and do. A car is a must in this area.

Well equipped apartment with great views of the lake

We enjoyed our stay in this property. We are a family of five and there was enough space for all of us, and the two bathrooms were very welcome. The kitchen is well equipped and clean. It was also very handy to park outside. The views over the lake from the outside terrace were lovely and made a great place to eat. It was extremely hot when we stayed (35C during they day, and 30C at night) and there were two fans provided which were very welcome. It would be even better if there were three (ie one per room). Also there are several flights of stairs to get to the front door - this was no problem for us but should be considered if you have mobility issues. The village is very small and is a short drive from the local shops and from Stresa. Overall we would recommend this as a place to stay and explore Lake Maggiore

Es war alles zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit. Die Wohnung ist groß und für 4 Personen sehr schön geschnitten, und mit allem gut ausgestattet, vor allem die Küche. Sie liegt in einem kleinen Bergdorf, sehr ruhig. Die Aussicht auf den Lago Maggiore ist wunderschön, die Gastgeber sehr bemüht. Es gab sogar ein kleiner Willkommensgruß ,das hat uns besonders gefreut. Der Kontakt war mega,auch während des Aufenthalts konnten wir per WhatsApp oder Email fragen für Unternehmungen stellen. Alles top.

Tolle große und sehr saubere Wohnung mit allem was man braucht. So gut war eine Ferienwohnung noch nie ausgestattet. Atemberaubender Blick vom Balkon, der Küche und einem Schlafzimmer auf den Lago Maggiore. Schnelle und unkomplizierte Kommunikation. Super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Nur 10 min bis Stresa. Wir können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen.

Es ist eine tolle Wohnung mit allem, was man braucht. Der Blick auf den Lago Maggiore ist wunderschön und man kann vom Dorf aus schöne Wanderungen unternehmen. Der Kontakt war reibungslos und unglaublich freundlich und zuvorkommend. Zur Begrüßung gab es sogar himmlisches Gebäck aus Stresa.

Sehr gut ausgestattete, geräumige Wohnung mit tollem Ausblick auf den Lago. Kommunikation beim Ceck-inn und -out sehr freundlich und problemlos. Ein perfekter Aufenthalt, wäre nicht in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft jede Nacht Party von Jugendlichen gefeiert worden (wahrscheinlich bedingt durch die endenden Sommerferien).

Super ausgestattet Ferienwohnung!

Wir waren zum 2. Mal hier und hatten eine ganz wunderbarer Zeit. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man im Alltag so braucht. Von dem überdachten Balkon hat man einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf den See. Und besonderes hervorheben möchten wir den tollen Kontakt mit Yvonne, sowohl vor als auch während unserem Aufenthalt standen wir ganz unkompliziert über WhatsApp in Kontakt. Nach unserer Anreise wurde sich ganz lieb erkundigt, ob alles geklappt hat. Fragen oder Anliegen wurden sofort abgeklärt und am Ende des Urlaubs bekamen wir auch noch Tipps für die Heimfahrt. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! :)

Schöne, große Ferienwohnung mit herrlichem Blick auf den Lago Maggiore

Wir hatten einen schönen, entspannten Urlaub in Magognino. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und mit allem, was man braucht ausgestattet. Toll ist der Blick auf den Lago und die Berge. Die Lage ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für viele Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Bei Fragen wurde uns von der Agentur sofort geholfen. Check-in und Check-out verliefen sehr unkompliziert. Ein Manko ist der Kirchturm, der zwischen 7 Uhr und 22 Uhr halbstündlich ausgiebig läutet und hellhörigen Personen die Entspannung etwas trüben kann. Auch schade, dass der Balkon nach Norden ausgerichtet ist. Da wir eine kühlere Zeit erwischt hatten, hätten wir uns über ein paar Sonnenstrahlen gefreut, aber in der heißeren Zeit ist das sicher auch vorteilhaft. Insgesamt hatten wir aber einen sehr schönen Urlaub, vielen Dank für alles und den netten Kontakt!

Wir bedauern es sehr, falls Sie sich durch das Kirchturmläuten eventuell gestört gefühlt haben. In der Vergangenheit ist dies nicht als störend empfunden worden, sondern als "nostalgisches Plus" in Ortslage oberhalb vom schönen Lago Maggiore 😉. Somit möchte ich für zukünftige Gäste erwähnen dass das "kleine Manko" nicht überbewertet wird, denn es gibt Dinge, die ausserhalb unseren Bemühungen für einen perfekten Urlaub stehen.

Excellent séjour de Noel

Nous avons passé 5 jours formidables! L'appartement est très bien équipé, la cheminée est un plus. Nous étions 2 couples+ 1 enfant de 9ans, l'appartement est bien adapté. Ne pas avoir mal aux genoux pour monter les 36 marches qui mènent au 2e étage... Aucun commerce de proximité accessible à pieds mais très jolie vue. Yvonne est très sympathique et accessible quelque soient les demandes, la propriétaire est également bien agréable. Petit bémol en ce qui concerne la voisine du dessous... Nous en gardons un excellent souvenir!

Herrliche Aussicht, Betreuung zum Wohlfühlen

Die Wohnung liegt im kleinen, beschaulichen Dorf Magongnino oberhalb des wunderschönen Lago Maggiore. Wir haben es genossen, mit der herrlichen Aussicht auf den See und die Berge auf dem Balkon zu frühstücken oder einfach nur zu entspannen, denn es wehte selbst bei hohen Temperaturen im Juli immer wieder ein leiser, kühlender Wind. Yvonne hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und uns während des Aufenthaltes immer wieder mit Ausflugs-, Strand- und Restauranttipps versorgt. Eine wunderschöne Woche!
