Hi, I propose in Villa 1 ground floor apartment ***, consisting of 2 bedrooms, kitchen, living room, bathroom and its own private outdoor patio and relaxation area. The villa consists of three total apartments, is located within its own private park, private parking and free WI-FI. The beach is 50 meters from the Villa. On the beach in three minutes, restaurants and entertainment venues in the immediate vicinity, adjacent to the promenade, but at the same time in a quiet, private and shaded position, thanks to the marine pines of the private park that frame the area. 15 minutes away from Formia, 20 minutes from Gaeta, 35 minutes A1 exit Cassino and Abbey of Montecassino, 85 Km Rome-Fiumicino, 60 Km. Naples, easily reachable also by train. Nearby Monuments of great interest. Tourist tax to be paid locally

casa spettacolare!
La casa della signora Daniela e' a dir poco spettacolare!Pulitissima,grande,dotata di tutto cio' che occorre.Le foto purtroppo non rendono la reale bellezza della casa e del giardino.Pace e tranquillita' la fanno da padrona,brezza marina che ti inebria a tutte le ore della giornata.dalla finestra si vede il mare perchè è realmente a pochi passi dalla casa.Tutto il contesto è favoloso,la consiglio vivamente.Di sicuro saro' felicemente ospite di nuovo della signora Daniela!Grazie per le belle settimane che ci ha permesso di trascorrere!
