About this property

"SEA INSIDE" corner of tranquility and beauty

"Mare Dentro" is an independent villa with a private Mediterranean garden.
It is a few hundred meters from the sea and is located in a quiet area away from the noise of the main road.
It consists of a small kitchen, a bedroom with 2/3 beds and an adjacent bathroom, a large living room with dining and relaxation area, and a double bedroom with private bathroom.
In a corner of the garden guests have at their disposal a comfortable masonry shower with hot water, next to it another space, fresh and secluded, in the shade of our olive tree.
For guests staying for more than 6 nights, it is possible to request the use of the washing machine, this service is on request and requires a supplement.
The property also has two reserved parking spaces.
We welcome up to five people and we cannot accommodate pets.

"Mare Dentro" is our holiday home and we offer it to our guests in periods when we don't live there. We have devoted all our care and passion for years to make it our place of the heart. We would like to receive "travelers" who respect it and live it as if it were their home.


"Mare Dentro" is located about 500 m from the Riviera di Ulisse, in a strategic position: from the port you can reach the Pontine Islands by ferry; with a pleasant walk you can reach the Roman Porticciolo and the Monti Aurunci Park; nearby Gaeta, Sperlonga and the villa of Tiberio, Minturno, Montecassino, Sabaudia and Circeo; just over 1h by train Naples and Rome.
The owners are available to offer you help so that "Mare Dentro" remains in your memories for a long time.

Sea side cottage

This cottage is an absolute gem!! Anna is a wonderful host and her house is beautiful! Decorated beautifully and very clean and comfortable! Our stay was too short! Walking distance to the beach and to a small market and a few restaurants.

Beautiful property, charming host

The property has been beautifully designed and decorated, we found it quite delightful, private and really comfortable. We really enjoyed meeting Anna Maria who is a charming host and gave us much good advice and information about the area. Her parents are in a separate property nearby and are really lovely people who, whilst repecting the privacy of the guests, were anxious to help with any problems or enquiries they may have. We loved the beach clubs and really enjoyed the well cared for sand and perfect sea. It was a great holiday.

Beautiful villa - wonderful stay

My brother and I stayed in this wonderful villa on the outskirts of Formia, using it as a base from which to visit the various sites my father experienced during his time in Italy with the British Army in WW2. The villa is very much a home, tastefully furnished with all the amenities you could expect. Anna and her mother were very welcoming and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. Anna provided great recommendations for eating locally and places to visit. I would happily recommend.

Das Haus ist absolut fantaschtisch und sehr gemütlich. Es ist alles da, was man benötigt, einfach auspacken und der Urlaub kann beginnen. Anna Maria ist die perfekte Gastgeberin und hat uns viele wertvolle Tips für den Aufenthalt gegeben. Es war ein sehr freundlicher Empfang und wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen.

Perfekt

Wir hatten zwei wundervolle Wochen.Man wird von der Familie herzlich empfangen und betritt man das Areal ist man überwältigt. Hier ist jeder Bereich mit Liebe eingerichtet worden.Die große "Casseta" ist völlig ausreichend für eine Familie mit zwei Kindern. Beinhaltet eine Küche, die mit allem ausgestattet ist, was man braucht. Weiterhin gibt es zwei Schlafzimmer mit jeweils einem Bad und einen großen Wohn-/ Esszimmer. Die vorhandenen Klimaanlagen sind gerade an wärmeren Sommertagen eine große Hilfe. Unser absolutes Highlight war die Außendusche. Wir haben nur dort geduscht. So hat man keinen Sand ins Haus getragen und auch eine Abkühlung ist immer möglich. Unser Auto konnten wir direkt vor der Tür parken. Zum freien Strand von Gianola gingen wir so gemütliche 15 Minuten.Zum kostenpflichtigen Strand sind es ca. 8 Gehminuten.Wir haben nicht nur 14 tolle Nächte dort verbracht, sondern auch eine Familie kennengelernt, die wir direkt ins Herz geschlossen haben. Anna Maria, Nonna Pina und ihre Familie, die unmittelbar nebenan wohnen sind herzliche und liebevolle Menschen. Sie helfen in jeglichen Situationen und stehen mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Italiener sind ja bekannt für ihre Herzlichkeit gegenüber Kinder und so auch diese Menschen, die unsere zwei Mädchen mit Eis begrüßten und auch immer zuvorkommend waren. Alles in allem, kommen wir nächstes Jahr wieder und wir können die kleine Casseta nur empfehlen. Wenn man hier bucht, ist ein toller Urlaub garantiert.

Geweldig!

We zijn hier eerder geweest!Geweldige Casetta van alle gemakken voorzien. Mooie, goed onderhouden tuin, twee slaapkamers (met airco, evenals een airco in de woonkamer) met elk een badkamer. Fijne keuken met genoeg pannen/borden. Nonna Pina woont ernaast en is er voor je als je iets nodig hebt of wilt vragen, net zoals Anna Maria! Niets is ze teveel! Het was niet ons eerste verblijf, maar zeker ook niet ons laatste verblijf hier.

Schönes ruhiges Ferienhaus

Wir hatten zwei schöne Wochen in Anna Marias Ferienhaus. Dank der Klimaanlage und der tollen Außendusche waren auch die sommerlichen Temperaturen gut zu ertragen. Besonders gut war auch die Lage zum Sandstrand. In zehn Minuten war man zu Fuß dort. Also perfekt mit Kind. Anna Maria war bei allen Fragen immer für uns da und wir haben uns sehr über einige Ausflugstipps gefreut. Dankeschön für zwei tolle Wochen

Wohlfühl-Oase

Der Empfang von Anna Maria war sehr Herzlich. Alles wurde einem gezeigt und erklärt. Das Haus ist super, alles sehr gepflegt und individuell eingerichtet. Betten top. Zimmer auf Wunsch klimatisiert und 2 Bäder vorhanden. Überall sind auch Fest installierte Stechmückenrahmen montiert. Die sehr schöne Aussenanlage mit ihren zahlreichen Sitz und Chill Gelegenheiten - einfach nur zum Wohlfühlen. Die Kids konnten sicher, da kommplett umzäunt, sicher ums Haus springen. Restaurants, kleiner Supermarkt und das Meer mit kostenlosem Abschnitt sind auch in 7-10min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Größere Geschäfte 5-10min mit dem Auto. Alles im allem ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt. Sehr zu Empfehlen...

A little paradies

Wir haben uns sehr sehr wohlgefühlt! Grazie Anna Maria, du bist eine tolle Gastgeberin. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt, mit viel Platz, herrlicher Garten mit Außendusche und alles mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Eine Auto ist allerdings fast ein MUSS, denn Strände und Supermärkte sind weiter weg, besonders wenn man nicht nur an den ca 800 m entfernten Strand möchte. Es gibt einige tolle Strände, aber zu Fuß eben nicht erreichbar.

Prachtig huis zeer compleet

Wij gezin met twee volwassen kinderen verbleven 10 dagen. Gastvrouw Anna Maria is een zeer lieve, zorgzame en altijd bereikbare gastvrouw. Het huis is prachtig ingericht, zeer schoon, zeer compleet en drie airco's. De tuin is een plaatje met ruime loungeset, eettafel en ligbedden. Zelden zo'n mooi huis gezien vlak bij het strand. Omgeving is volgens de kinderen een beetje saai. Strand alleen Italiaande toeristen.

SPETTACOLARE

Una vacanza spettacolare abbiamo fatto pochi giorni ma la casa è favolosa e l'ospitalità eccezionale ti accolgono come se fossi della famiglia. Poi con la Nonna Pina tutto è ancora più splendido accogliete e sempre disponibile un amore di Nonna la posizione è perfetta per stare in tranquillità al fresco e in pace in un giardino favoloso e super attrezzato per tutte le esigenze. AnnaMaria poi è sempre a disposizione per qualsiasi esigenza e molto disponibile anche nel consigliare per i vari lidi e pizzerie ristoranti ecc... È stata la miglior vacanza che noi abbiamo fatto. Sicuramente torneremo perché già ci manca ❤️❤️❤️

Relax nel golfo di Gaeta

La casetta, così definita dalla proprietaria, è un piccolo angolo di paradiso in stile tipico marinaro vicino al litorale e al promontorio della Gianola. Annamaria è una persona gentile, cordiale e molto ospitale. La location è perfetta e dotata di tutti i confort compreso un delizioso giardino vivibile e con meravigliosi alberi di frutta e piante varie. L'ospitalità della padrona di casa e della sua famiglia è eccezionale, casa molto indicata per famiglia composta da 4 persone o due coppie di amici. Due camere, due bagni, cucina attrezzatissima, ampia zona living, giardino enorme e posto auto. Merita una valutazione da 5 stelle.

Cozy and Very Friendly Gateway

We had a wonderful stay dispute the awful torrential storms we had during the first 5 days of our stay. Signoria Pina made sure we were fine and treated us with wonderful homemade delicious delights. We will definitely be staying there when we visit the area. House very functional and clean. You will enjoy your stay.

Wat een mooi vakantiehuis! Privacy, rust en alles in de buurt. Werkelijk alles is aanwezig en als het er niet is, dan is Anna bereikbaar en zij of nonna Pina staan klaar. Nonna Pina met verse tomaten en basilicum, zodat je gelijk een lekkere saus kunt maken. Wij gaan zeker nog een keer terug! Grazie Anna en Nonna Pina! Arrivederci!

Una piacevole sorpresa

Come anticipato dal titolo arrivare nella proprietà e respirare una aria decisamente casalinga è stata immediata e piacevole sensazione. Cordialità e continua attenzione per l'ospite hanno reso il soggiorno davvero ottimale. La casa è ben divisa e attrezzata al meglio. Davvero una super esperienza.

Kleines italienisches Paradies

Das Haus ist sehr schön, wie auf den Bildern. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin bzw mit ihrer Familie war super und wir wurden herzlich empfangen. Die Vermieterin war immer hilfsbereit mit tollen Tipps. Im Garten gibt es verschiedene gemütliche Plätze zum Verweilen. Einfach erholsam!
