You won’t have to worry about your car since this home is a short walk from restaurants, bars and shops! The Pavilion Place outdoor private neighborhood pool is tucked away behind the house, and shared with only six private homes (open April 15-October 15).

This home features 5 bedrooms, 4.5 baths, stainless steel appliances, 2 dishwashers, ice machine, gas grill, and a private outdoor shower underneath. Soak in the sun from the lounge chairs along your very own rooftop sundeck! Each balcony allows you to sit back, relax, and take in the ocean view. The square footage of this house is 2,675. No pets. No smoking. Linens & WiFi included. Dining area: seats 8, with additional seating for 8 at kitchen island. Gas grill can be pulled out from under garage for use.
