Boasting 3560 square feet, an airy open floor plan, modern kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances, two large living spaces and two master suites, this home is ideal for large families. Just a quick walk to the beach, this home also offers peeks of the Ocean from the large exterior porches. With a private pool and outdoor grill, in addition to the sundeck around the pool, this home allows you to take full advantage of the outdoors while expanding your living space. No smoking. No Pets.

Rentals are stocked with small ‘starter packs’ that include: toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, soap, dishwashing soap, and dishwasher detergent.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our vacation experience in this home overall was wonderful. We had lots of room to spread out so while babies were napping we could still enjoy each other without tiptoeing around for fear of waking them. There were a few minor things- needed extra towels, (had to wash towels daily because there was only one set per person), set of sheets hadn’t been washed by cleaning staff prior to us- on one of your twin beds, and some attention to the master bath (shower). I would definitely stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 29 Sand Dollar Drive was perfect! The house was absolutely beautiful and VERY accommodating for our group size. Everything was kept very neat and clean which was apparent upon first arriving. The location was also amazing with a beach access only a short walk across the street. If anything, I feel like the photos in this listing do not showcase how great this property is. 10/10 would stay here again and recommend to anyone visiting IOP. We loved that our beach access was less crowded and that we could walk to the Outpost at the marina in the morning for delicious cold brew.

Amazing Beach House

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We just completed our stay at Sand Dollar. We LOVED OUR STAY. The theme of the house is very coastal, but the layout and features of the home make it the perfect stay for those that need space, plenty of bathrooms, and a giant kitchen. The house has its own separate ice maker and that was a life saver. The double decks that go the length of the house were perfect every morning to have breakfast and coffee. The pool area is 100% shaded so don’t expect sun. There’s also an elevator to get your items to the right floor of the home without steps. My only criticism is that the house could use a power wash - it’s surrounded by trees. We stayed in early April and pollen season just ended essentially. I bet it’s difficult to keep clean with the amount of tress on property. Overall, would not think twice about booking this home again. Wonderful place.

I was notified that my rental would be ready early as well. I can't tell you how relaxing it is to be informed of the information, and be in and out very quickly when checking in. Location was great, house was immaculate, and beautiful, and well appointed. We would recommend it to anyone. Only issue we had was that the kids room bunk beds were not made up with sheets, other than that we could not be more happier with our stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay at Sandollar Drive 29 very much. The house was beautiful and we loved cooking in the amazing kitchen! Plenty of room for our three families. We ate outside on the veranda quite often for the beautiful view of palm trees. My granddaughter loved the hammock to relax on! The pool was narrow but adequate for us and the house had many pool and beach toys for us to enjoy. Short walk to the beach that was not very crowded when we were there. We would definetly go back to this lovely home! Took our grandchildren on the dolphin boat tour with Eco Tours and that was a highlight of our stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed the house itself. It is a beautiful house, clean, well furnished and equipped. We had plenty of room to spread out and relax. The beds were extremely comfortable. Lovely house and very nice owners. The Island Realty staff person on duty upon check in and check out however was unfriendly and unhelpful. Upon check we inquired about watching a pay per view event. The staff person indicated that there was "no way" to arrange it a time that time as it had to be done "a long time ago". Her demeanor was more like a convenience store clerk, not someone who works in the hospitality field with people who are paying thousands of dollars for a vacation experience. After we checked in we saw the owner's phone number in the house and called the owner to arrange the pay per view. She was extremely nice and welcoming and made the arrangement. Upon check out when we dropped off the check for the pay per view , the same staff person again acted unfriendly and acted like a crime was committed because we called the owner. Upon our request at check in she should have offered to call the owner - especially in light of how easy it was for us to make the arrangement. The walk to the beach was easy, however we did have to go one block down because the road remiained flooded for the entire week we were there. The town should do something about the drainage issues that we saw all over the area.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: As soon as you walk into the home, you feel a sense of grandeur and awe. It is truly a gorgeous house. There is so much space and it's tucked away, close to the beach and a convenient drive to the center of town. The porches are amazing. We hung out the most here. There are so many options on the porches: dining table, rocking chairs, lounge chairs, and a hammock! We called maintenance for something and were taken care of promptly. The only cons: there was a pool but no pool towels were provided even though we were told linens were included. Not a deal breaker, but irritating. And, the beds were hard. But some people like that! I would most certainly stay here again and recommend others to stay here as well.

Not comfortable at alll.Porches and porch furniture were dirty. Should have been hosed off and vacuumed before our arrival. Pool: very dirty and because of lack of sun from the overgrown trees, we were not able to use it. Blender: I had emailed earlier in the week and was told there was one but could not find one.With the exception of the bunk room , this house is very comfortable. It is a beautiful house!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our second time at Sandollar Drive 29. Love the open kitchen and master bedrooms! Enough bathrooms for all. We enjoyed cooking in the big open kitchen and eating on the porch to view the lovely palm trees and walk to the ocean. Loved the beach that was not as crowded as the public one. Pool is smaller but very enjoyable and was the grandkids favorite place! Island Realty was very nice to work with and we hope to return again next year!

Reviewer Comments: Island Realty came through when I was looking for accommodations for the full extended family with 24 people ranging from 7 months to 78 years old. We were able to rent 29 Sand Dollar and 31 Sand Dollar and be side by side. The elevator and large bedrooms in 29 Sand Dollar was perfect for the older people and the 2 pools between the 2 houses was excellent as well. The huge porches were great for relaxing outside. This was our 2nd time staying at 29 Sand Dollar and we are already talking about making it a 3rd time next year. Great spots.

2022 Thanksgiving Week at 29 Sand Dollar

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a very enjoyable time at 29 Sand Dollar. We feel they were a bit skimpy on towels. Bring your own kitchen towels, only one towel was provided for the gourmet kitchen. The Keurig needs to be replaced, got lots of grounds in our coffee. Knives are dull, so if you have a couple favorites I would bring them from home. A book with how everything works would be very helpful so we don’t need to call island realty. I didn’t want to pull the shower fixture hard and have it break. Having a key for deadbolt locks or a combination lock on door on the oceanside garage level would be helpful when going and coming from the beach. All in all the place is very spacious, bright and decorated very nice. We would rent again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a beautiful home very close to the entrance to Wild Dunes and a little more than a 1/2 mile walk to the Marina. We loved the elegant finishes, how spacious the house was, being able to use the elevator to get luggage upstairs, the huge bathrooms and cute bunkbeds that sleep four kids comfortably, just to name a few highlights. The kitchen is also luxurious and welcoming to the cook and to entertaining. The pool was small but nice. You can walk to the beach in five minutes as well! Only problem we had was with the grill, and Island Realty brought over a replacement and attached propane for us. Appreciate the great service and easy vacation!
