30a Beach Properties presents Crown Studio. This 58 Main St Rosemary Beach location offers fabulous gulf, western green and sunset views from a fabulous clean furnished condo. This rare south Main St address is steps to restaurants and the beach. A perfect location for easy family beach access or attending a wedding. All new interiors by local professional designer feature soft natural fabrics and crisp clean bedding in a refreshing beach design! Crown Studio occupies the entire 2nd floor of 58 Main Street. A front balcony overlooks Main Street with views of the Western Green and the Gulf. The rear balcony is a common space and offers an outdoor dining table and a place for your beach gear. The spacious open floor plan provides a luxurious king sleeping area with fresh linens. The spacious dining area for four and carefully designed living area allows you to comfortably spend time with friends and family. Around the corner in a secluded alcove is another gorgeous queen bed with the finer details considered.

We provide passes to access all 4 Rosemary Beach Community pools, and any of the 9 Beach Walkovers

All towels, bed linens, blankets, comforters, and pillow/mattress protectors are professionally laundered for every new reservation!

Bed 2: Queen (tucked in alcove at front of the floor plan overlooking Main Street, with privacy curtain)

Fully equipped kitchenette features Keurig and drip coffee machines, microwave, larger sized toaster oven, dishwasher, full sink. The mini-fridge produces ice cubes. There is a secondary mini fridge with top freezer in a closet area.

No elevator.
No smoking.
No pets.

Parking is one reserved space directly behind the condo.

The Barbados pool and Coquina Pool (heated) are nearby. Boardwalk 'G' is steps away.

Can’t beat this location! Great for a getaway. The beach and places to eat/shop were in walking distance (quite literally a few steps away). The balcony was a bonus, enjoyed the evening watching a summer wedding and the night life below!

Perfect family spot

You can't beat this location for the beach! You're smack dab in the middle of everything, no car needed once you park. But it was nice having a spot when we wanted to venture out a bit. Definitely would stay again

Location is excellent - Easy walk to the beach, to the restaurants, to shops - Kitchen is really small but everything is clean and worked ok - Bed was comfortable and parking was easy - We enjoyed the week and appreciate the comfortable hospitality.

Location!

This property was exactly as pictured, if not nicer in person. The check in process was very easy and Matthew met us and took us through the property and gave us some tips *3rd Cup is a must! Although the property is in the middle of the action, we couldn't hear a thing. We will definitely be back.

Great location on Main Street in Rosemary Beach. We moved the walkability of the area to restaurants, shops, beach and pool. We were very comfortable. My only wish was better lighting in the bathroom and could have used a little more counter space. Overall, we loved our whole experience and accommodations.
