This 60 m2 duplex has a living room / kitchen with a covered terrace facing golf and ocean, 1 bathroom, 1 separate toilet and 1 cabin with a bunk bed. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (renovated 2017) and 1 second bathroom with wc. The fully renovated lounge / kitchen area (April 2013) benefits from new contemporary equipment (sofa, designer chairs, fully equipped kitchen, high-end appliances, dishwasher, induction hob, Nespresso coffee machine, LED TV, wifi bathrooms and toilets completely refurbished (2014)
You can enjoy the residence's large swimming pool as well as the tennis court, a children's playground and an outdoor table tennis table.

Très bel appartement en bord de mer dans une belle résidence avec piscine. Vue sur le soleil couchant depuis la terrasse. Très bien meublé et équipé, nous avons passé un super séjour! A refaire!
