Lovely large accommodation with direct access to the sea front and shops. Very warm and clean with everything we needed. Great little garden for the dog too. In easy reach of Cromer and Wells next the Sea. The North Norfolk Railway is worth taking too.

Flat was perfect for us. It was on one floor but well spread out. It had a secure garden and although we didn't bring our dog this time, it would have been ideal. It even had a specifically labelled cupboard for dogs, with bowls, treats, balls etc. It was well situated in the town centre but didn't seen noisy. Beach, shops, and train station were minutes away

Lovely Property !

The location in the heart of Sheringham is perfect, a short walk to the high street with dedicated parking which is a bonus. The flat is comfortable, was clean & welcoming, shabby chic in style. Little extras like milk, coffee & biscuits were a nice touch. Communication with Angie before we arrived was great and we had all we needed for our short stay. There were just the two of us but the property would easily accommodate a family of 6 comfortably.

Great Location

The flat is very close to cafes, shops and places to eat. It is also within a few minutes walk of the sea front. There were plenty of places to park in Sheringham when we were there, but the allocated parking, at the rear of the flat, would be a bonus during peak season. The flat is very spacious and had everything that we needed and wanted. The garden was well-maintained private, with chairs and a table. We would book this flat again and recommend it to friends and family.

Town centre location, almost countryside quietness

It is said that you can’t please all the people all of the time but I can’t see how this property can’t please most of the people most of the time. Not quite five star but definitely more than 4 star. Easy parking and access for this town centre location, a few minutes from the beach, really spacious rooms and well equipped. Some really nice touches to make you feel welcome and very home to home. What’s not to like. One minor thing to be considered by the host which would make our next stay even better would be to add somewhere to store toiletries in the bedroom with the shower and somewhere within the shower to hold shampoo etc. We will definitely stay again, it’s that good.

Short break with elderly parents

I chose this ground floor apartment for a short break with my elderly parents. The location of the property is excellent for the beach, shops and places to eat. The rooms are stylishly decorated but are equipped for design and not comfort. The bedroom with en-suite facilities was very comfortable. Unfortunately the same can't be said for the second double bedroom which is an extension at the end of the property. It was a bit like being in a mobile home and the mattress is lumpy and uncomfortable. Neither of the sofa's are particularly comfortable. One being far too deep in the seat and the other with no where to rest your head. I was disappointed that the garden wasn't properly cared for and the only furniture outdoors was a picnic bench. I had asked the owner about this prior to the holiday but didn't get a response. The garden isn't enclosed and private as I thought from the photograph. The property is clean, especially the bathrooms which have recently been refitted, but not everywhere is spotless. I feel some attention to detail is required such as somewhere to put your toiletries in the shower and toilet roll holders in each bathroom. The second bedroom requires another bed side cabinet and a mirror, The apartment would probably suit a family but it doesn't cater for older people that are likely to spend time in the property relaxing. A plus was that the heating was easy to manage and the property soon heated up!

Hi Jane Huge apologies that you found the flat uncomfortable, I'll arrange for a new mattress in the end bedroom and investigate a different sofa option. I'm sorry but I can't find any un -replied message relating to the garden, I've been through all our correspondence. I bought this flat specifically so that my elderly parents could enjoy the ease of all the towns amenities close at hand with an enclosed garden to keep dogs safe. There are obviously a few items overlooked by myself and I will get on to them asap. Best regards, Angie

cosy house in a perfect location

We stayed at the property for 3 nights with our 3 children and had everything we needed for a really comfortable stay. The property was also ina great location so we could walk everywhere to enjoy the fresh air!
