Cottage was very clean and had everything you could need. Great location and surprisingly quiet given how close to the town centre.
We really enjoyed our stay thank you.
The cottage was ideal for the two of us. It is very close to all the major amenities including the railway station. The cottage is very comfortable and well equipped. We shall certainly be back another year.
Had a really lovely stay in Cromer, a beautiful little cottage, comfortable, fully appointed, spotlessly clean, secure garden with relaxing furniture to enjoy the sunshine. The cottage is in a great location with parking for your vehicle just around the corner (approx 1 minute walk). Easy to reverse your vehicle to the front door for loading and unloading, so no inconvenience at all. A little gem, would highly recommend and not hesitate to return!
The location was great, being very near the station and Morrisons. The cottage was well equipped, spotlessly clean with everything you could need being thought of. The stairs were a bit of a challenge, but that's the way the cottage built. A TV in the main bedroom would have been nice, but placing it would probably be difficult.
Overall a lovely cottage, well located and all facilities catered for.
We were very impressed with the property. We have stayed in lots of "dog" friendly properties over the years with our two golden retrievers, and without doubt this was the best equipped house we have ever stayed in!
The location was superb. Less than a 10 minute walk (even with an old dog), to the beach/pubs/restaurants. There is a Morrisons supermarket less than a 5 minute walk away making it all so easy and convenient. Cromer was so dog friendly, they can go everywhere with you, without worrying about finding somewhere to eat etc.
We have decided that we will be back!
Beautiful cosy comfortable cottage, tastefully furnished, and provided with everything you could want or need for a perfect break. Great location and plenty of information provided about the cottage and local area.
We had a very enjoyable stay at Cromer Flint Cottage - the house was immaculate, stylishly decorated, well equipped and very comfortable. The location is really convenient for Cromer town and the beach, and there is a big Morrisons 3 minutes' walk away for provisions. The only downside was that parking is a bit challenging but we managed to park on the street a couple of times and at other times use one of the two car parks nearby. Overall I would definitely recommend this as a great place to stay in Cromer.
We regular visit Norfolk but have not had a self catering cottage for years ...what a little gem of a find ... situated in walking distance of beach , town , supermarket yet quite and had everything we needed .. immaculate and takes dogs but you would never know other than the dog accessories left to make stay more convenient ...
warm , clean , every home comfort but you felt like you were on holiday .lovely enclosed walled patio area great for dogs and glass of wine in sunshine . Can’t say much more than I am very fussy and this place was excellent could find no issues .no parking but can load and unload outside and plenty of free street parking so no issue ...def will be back.

Thank you for your lovely review Julia. You've summed up what we offer nicely! So pleased you enjoyed your stay at the cottage.
Lovely property and very clean, really relaxing holiday and excellent for the dogs. Area very quiet and peaceful only one minor hiccup is the owner is in control of the heating and presumed a certain temperature is adequate for everyone I would strongly recommend you discuss this with the owner before you book.

Thank you for your review and I'm pleased you enjoyed your holiday. Just to make clear for future guests reading this, the heating is fully under the guests control and is usually never altered when a guest is in situ. On this occasion, the heating had been turned to such a high temperature that the system automatically flagged it as an error, which led me to contact the guest to check if all was well. As a result, the heating was left on 24 hours a day for the duration of their holiday at a high temperature to cater for their medical needs.
Fantastic location
Fantastic place and definitely will return asap

Perfect break - highly recommend!
The cottage is beautifully finished and equipped with everything we could have possibly needed and more, the comfy king size bed was a bonus too! It is only a couple of minutes walk to the beach or into town where you are spoilt for choice with cafes, fish and chips and plenty of tearooms - Hatters Tea Shop being our personal favourite. The most delicious scones and cakes we have come across to date! Looking forward to our next break there.
Cromer Flint Cottage is a newly refurbished cottage in the heart of Cromer, a stones throw from the sea. We fell in love with this charming traditional stone cottage built in 1870 and the renovation became a project that meant living and working in Norfolk for many months to see it to its completion. I created Norfolk Coastal Holidays as an umbrella for the four properties I now take bookings for. We live a few hours away, but travel to Norfolk regularly throughout the year, to ensure that the properties remain at a high standard and any little problems get ironed out as quickly as we can! Beachscape and Tides are both based in Rainbows End Park. Enjoy these lovely seaside retreats in a village my family have holidayed in for four generations. I also take bookings for Bramble Cottage, a beautiful two bed cottage with wood burner in nearby Happisburgh.
Why they chose this property
Cromer Flint Cottage is a newly renovated flint cottage built in 1870 but with all the modern conveniences you could want. It sleeps up to four people in two bedrooms, perfect for a couple as well as a small family. With its sunny secure courtyard garden you can relax with your dogs and children. It has traditional Norfolk winder stairs; climb them at night and enjoy a comfy nights sleep in the hotel quality beds. There's lots of living space in the open plan living and dining room and the well equipped kitchen means you can enjoy eating in with ease. If you prefer to be catered for there are numerous takeaways and eating places nearby. Although in the heart of the town, it's tucked away into a quiet lane, in a little peaceful oasis with its neighbouring cottages.
What makes this property unique
Based in the charming seaside town of Cromer, it has all you could need for your holiday right on your doorstep. Leave the car and walk everywhere for a really relaxing break. Walk for miles along the beaches or try out the many cafes, pubs and restaurants. Head down to the pier to look at the lifeboat and read the history of our lifeboat crew, take in a show at the theatre or eat fish and chips in the little shelters. With a cinema, a zoo, museums and more all within walking distance you really don't need to go anywhere whilst on holiday here. If you want to go out of town, the trains to Sheringham, North Walsham and Norwich are just two minutes walk away.
