This property was secluded and on a private beach. It was so close to all the good resturants without all the traffic and tons of people. DOC was an amazing host.. checking in several times to be sure we had what we needed. We will definitely book again!

PERFECT VACATION!

Just had the best relaxing vacation ever! I went solo! Doc from Sunglow Seaside was the best host!!! He hooked me up with a great Uber driver, Eugene!! The condo was absolutely perfect! Just steps from the semi private beach! Six wonderful days of relaxing on the beach and at my quiet condo! Will definitely be going back!!!! This place was perfect!! Thanks for everything Doc!!!

The accommodation was in clean, fully functional condition. The staff made sure we knew they were available for any questions or issues. We loved the layout, and the location was perfect: close to everything, yet just far enough away to avoid noise & bustle. Literally a few steps from the sand of the Gulf, yet no busy streets to cross. As a native Floridian who still lives just across the state, this is the real deal: old Florida style relaxation, with all the modern conveniences. Special thanks to Judy, and yes Doc - we will be back soon !

Pretty nice place

Overall a very nice place. Hvac system works good, good water pressure, literally 60 feet to the water. Decent parking. Walking distance to good food and shops. Only complaint was the bed was hard and couch bed was a little worn out but besides that it was a wonderful stay and nice place to be. The owner is cool as hell and has a nice laid back attitude. Not your typical vacation rental in the area with arrogance and annoyance. It has everything you need for a beach weekend. Owner provided chairs, umbrellas, there is laundry on site and a shower for the sand.

Doc is great, and the location is amazing!

We loved our time at this little hidden treasure. First off, Doc is so nice. It was my birthday the day we checked in, so he ran out and bought me a bottle of wine to celebrate. He could not have been any more wonderful to us. The beach is private--hardly anyone out there--and it's gorg! But, you're near everything! We walked the beach every morning, and spent our afternoons relaxing in the chairs Doc provided for us. Did I mention Doc upgraded us to the nicer, bigger condo? My hubby and I thought the condo upstairs was perfect for us. We had everything we needed--full kitchen and cooking stuff, a nice living room with a large TV, a separate bedroom and a bathroom with a shower/tub. It was just right for us. We plan to visit again soon. It's our new favorite. Loved the location and the hospitality. Seriously, we cannot say enough good things! Oh, and make sure you eat out at The Conch at some point. We loved it and their specialty--Coconut-crusted Mahi. So good!

Great value stay! You are right on the beach on a residential side, far away from the busy of resorts. Location is ideal, no car needed unless you're traveling beyond 25 miles. Got in late and Doc the owner, messaged to just ensure we arrived safe and that the unit was up to standard. There are beach lawn chairs and umbrellas at your access. A few broke, and Doc replaced them the next day, something he did not have to do as there were still others to use. The ac worked great which is important in FL! This is not a true beach cottage/ motel style stay. It's perfect for those who are not looking for daily housekeep and can deal with some sand on the floor! Doc provides brooms and a hose to hose off at the back of the building. He is attentive and responsive; not to mention thoughtful. My mother broke her wrist in town and he was willing to provide extra accommodations for us to extend a stay. We met a couple who has been coming down for years. It feels like home to them and we can see why. We will be back!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at #4 Sunglow. The condo was clean and perfect for the 2 of us. The beach was steps away and beautiful. I enjoyed my coffee every morning on the beach and the sunset every evening. The water is clear and calm, it is truly a large pool. Doc was great, thank you for the champagne. We can’t wait to return.

This was the perfect property for our puppies and us. I loved how I could just walk out the door and be at the beach in under a minute! It had everything we needed for our 5 day stay. The complimentary bottle of champagne was the icing on the cake after a long 10 hour drive. Our host was easy to reach and would respond immediately. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful place. Right next to beach. Great beach chairs provided. Kitchen supplies for cooking very limited. Paid washer and dryer on site. No pol. But the beach was perfect. You really need a car to get to local restaurants and shopping. Was a great vacation. We will be back

the room itself was nice but floors were dirty. The "bbq" is a broken grill. Tried for 24 hours to get passcode to my room. Owner "Doc" didn't respond to me, but gave it to another guest!!! Then owner said he was overbooked and asked me to stay at his housekeepers house. The next day he asked me to switch rooms yet again! Terrible.

We loved our stay in #4! The location is ideal- a short walk to grocery store, dollar store, pharmacy, restaurants, mini-golf, and of course the beach is just steps away! The house was nice and just big enough for the 3 of us. Kimberly, the on-site manager/caretaker was so sweet and helpful- and so kind to our young son. We would absolutely come back to stay here!

Wonderful beach access

After an unfortunate encounter with the previous renter who didn't want to leave, we had a great week. We loved taking our morning coffees to the beach and starting the day with a stroll in the beach. The beautiful private beach, and being so close made this perfect for us on our honeymoon. The condo had all we needed. As for cleanliness, it's "beach" clean, not hotel-clean.

It’s just a short minutes scenic walk along beautiful Gulf Blvd to Wynn Dixie grocery store, dress&gift shops, hair salons , beachy restaurants /beach bars or the World’s Famous John’s Pass waterfront Boardwalk. The popular beach trolley stops out front and is a must scenic ride along the scenic Blvd to Clearwater Beach or St.Petersburg Beach at the other end. A 1 day pass is just $2.00.
