2020 No Go, 2021 great family get together.

Great property, after getting our plans cancelled last year, it was a long over due family spring break. The property was very nice and close to everything we needed.

Relaxing winter in the sun

We have had a fabulous time in the villa. Everything we needed was there and the one small problem was sorted out very quickly by the villa manager. The pool is lovely and the villa itself is beautiful. Added to that the stunning weather we had, and it was a five star experience.

Great place

Our family really enjoyed this house! Location is great! The pool was amazing! There were a few little issues but it was nothing compare to such a great time that we spent at the house. Communication with a manager was great too. Thank you! We would probably go back there again!

We had great time

the house was very clean, pool had a net around against insects which was great. House manager was helpful. We enjoyed our 6 days stay at the house. Mira and Rami ( from New York).

Wonderful time

We throughly enjoyed our time at the house. Everything was very clean and the neighborhood was so quiet. The pool was private and relaxing and the house had everything we needed. The location is close to all that you might need, with plenty of places to eat. We loved the beaches and the fact we could come back to the house and enjoy the home and the pool. Thanks so much for letting us stay, we would love to come back.

Spacious house

The house is very large and well decorated. We had everything we needed for our vacation. The garage was well stocked with pool and beach supplies. The pool was very nice - we spent a lot of time out there! We never used the golf facilities- but it looks really nice. We seemed to be close to everything.

Tara villa

This villa is outstanding the picture do not really do it justice. Everything was so clean and tidy the owner his second to none great communication. Has his manager mark. Great place nice area peaceful. Lovely pool. Tony from uk. We will be back I’m sure of that!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. Great location for Publix and places to eat as well as access to I-75. We had great communication with the property manager. All questions were answered very quickly. We will definitely stay here again.

Vacation home

It was a beautiful home. We did drive over 20 hours from ohio. I called around 11am and asked John if we could check in before 4pm because we were in florida that morning but he stated it was getting cleaned. The cleaning lady didn't have the house cleaned by 4pm which was checkin time. We finally got to go in the house by 530pm. I was a little disappointed of the cleanliness of the home after having to wait an extra hour and a half.

Great Location

We arrived at the property and were immediately impressed with the nice neighborhood and cleanliness of the house. The only problem that we had was that 1 bathroom sink was plugged up but a quick call the the property manager and he had someone there in hours to fix the problem. Rent this house!

Just finished a 2 month stay at this house and we absolutely loved it. The house was everything we hoped for. Check in was easy and the property manager (Mark) was very helpful. Enjoyed the golf, pool and nearby shopping. We actually purchased a home in the area so while we won’t be staying there in the future, we will definitely recommend the home to family/friends. Beautiful golf home!

This beautiful home was exactly as shown in the pictures with the exception of a new cage just recently installed around the pool. It was absolutely spotless and check in was easy. Completely private and quiet all around. We joined the golf course for a month at a nominal rate and enjoyed many rounds and met many nice people at the club (including being asked to play in the charity golf tournament which we did). Any inquiries were responded to right away from the owner who was a pleasure to deal with. The location is fantastic too with Publix, UTC mall, and Costco just minutes away. We would definitely rent this property again!
