My home is nestled on a quiet street located in the heart of downtown Montreal with direct access to subway station, train station and highway. It is close to both McGill and Concordia Universities. Old Montreal, Mont-Royal and the Lachine Canal are minutes away, which provides several opportunities for scenic walks. If you are working remotely and want to have walking access to any activity, then my home will provide the cozy, urban lifestyle to have the best of both worlds.

You have private backyard parking that leads directly to my home, so you don't have to worry about finding parking in downtown Montreal and literally walk everywhere!

Short stay for MTL Jazz Fest

Patty’s place was perfect for our two-night stay for Jazz Fest. Easy walking distance to so many great restaurants and parks. Beds are very comfortable and the blackout curtains were perfect for our slow mornings. The off-street parking was a plus and the keypad entry was super handy. Couldn’t recommend Patty’s place more for an all-around awesome stay in a spectacular city!

Accomodations met and surpassed our expectations. With stellar location, easy access to metro, and parking it is an outstanding property. Only problem was that we technologically challenged retirees couldn't work your tv. Possibly put a list of directions for easy access. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location, great hospitality

This is a great location and close to a lot of great restaurants and shopping and within walking distance to old Montreal (about a mile I think) but if you’re not up to walking the metro is literally across the street. We had amazing meals at Mano Cornuto (4 course) and Nora Gray. If you like Indian and don’t mind jumping on the metro to the Mount Royal area, India Rosa is worth the trip or Beauty’s for brunch…both 10/10! Patty was a great host and very responsive. It was so nice to have basic toiletries and kitchen items supplied. Just pack your clothes and go have a great time! Thanks so much Patty. We will be back 😊

Beautiful House

This is a beautiful, well appointed house with a super comfortable bed, excellent kitchen and bathroom.We did have a problem checking in as we could not locate the entry key due to a missing email. The only disappointment with the facilities was the lack of regular television. I presumed that this would be available along with the advertised Apple TV. Despite the construction which was taking place near the property , the house was very quiet and peaceful. We didn,t have a car so it was very handy that the Metro station was just over the road. Communication was very good once we had arrived and the host was kind enought to give us extra time in the house as our leaving flight was late at night Overall,I would recommend this property as a good,comfortable base for a stay in Montreal.

A great quiet haven in a busy university neighborhood

What a wonderful apartment with outdoor space and parking, very close to universities and Center Bell. We rented it to drop off our daughter to Concordia and really enjoy the nice clean space, big kitchen and dining room (we hosted a couple of diner parties). The instructions were very clear and the apartment very charming. I absolutely recommend ++++

Wedding Day!

We used Patty’s beautiful home as base camp for my daughter’s wedding prep. It was perfect! It is so picturesque that all the pictures looked professional. Every detail has been thought of in this home. I’d say it ranks in our top three homes in VRBO, and we’ve used a lot. The check-in process was a breeze. Communication with Patty was A+. It’s a clean, happy home. The beds were extremely comfortable. Access to public transit literally across the street. And any small hiccup was dealt with immediately. Thank you, Patty, for offering your gorgeous home. It was hard to leave.

Wonderful stay, centrally located

Had a great stay in this two bedroom, one bath unit. Bedrooms downstairs provided great sleeping conditions as they were cool and quiet. It was great to have such good space so we could spread out and relax. Although we didn’t do much food prep there, definitely a cooks kitchen. Very well stocked with tools, pots pans, serving dishes etc. all top of the line.

Amazing location!

The location is amazing! We were minutes from restaurants. It was a short drive to the old town. Patty’s place was very clean and had everything we needed. Patty was very responsive and a great host. I would highly recommend her place!

Wonderful property for family visit!

The location was great! Just across from the Metro and very close to Crescent street restaurants. Old montreal is a pretty easy walk or short cab ride. The apartment was wonderfully comfy and beautifully decorated. The beds were super-comfy. All we needed for our stay was provided. Our host was easy to communicate with. Thanks for a wonderful stay! We look forward to our next visit!!!

AMAZING STAY - great location

We loved loved loved our stay. The house is literally at the corner from the metro. We were blocks from the Montreal Museum of Fine Arts. There were pubs, shops, restaurants and everything you could need close by. We only wish we had stayed here longer. The directions inside the home were clear, and very helpful. A lot of thought was put into these directions and we felt very welcome. I would highly recommend and would book again.

Formula 1 Weekend

We had an excellent stay here while in town for the Grand Prix. The location is perfect with a subway stop just steps away. Also St Catherine street is just 3 blocks away for the street party. Patty is an excellent host with great communications. The apartment is clean and very comfortable, we highly recommend. There are many restaurants within an easy walk.
