Have you ever dreamt of such facilities? You can wake up in front of the sea without getting out of your bed! What a way to start the day with a smile! This large and luxurious 280-sq.m house can accommodate up to 8 people. Like the spa that is resolutely devoted to the sea, all rooms are facing the sea. You'll also enjoy, at any time of the day, a marine landscape always in movement.
2 terraces and a solarium are available upstairs as well as a beautiful terrace on the ground floor.
The ground floor is suitable for people with disabilities or people in wheelchairs. It contains suitable bedroom and bathroom and also gives access to kitchen/lounge/dining room. Upstairs, one of the 2 bedrooms offers an incredible sea view from the bed. Both ground floor bedrooms offer a stunning sea view too. You will find 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and 4 WC for a high level of comfort.
Are you inside or outside? You’ll never be sure because of the numerous glass surfaces.
The beach is at your feet. You can access the beach at the end of the garden. The location combines majestic rocks and fine sands, offering incredible sights and sounds at all times of the day. Watching the setting sun on the horizon reflected in the waves is simply marvellous.

Das Haus und die Lage, sehr sehr schön. Wir haben unseren Urlaub direkt am Meer sehr genossen. Alles hat wunderbar geklappt, die Kommunikation mit dem Verwalter Sébastien und auch die Schlüsselübergabe mit dem Eigentümer. Alles in allem: unbedingt empfehlenswert.

Magnifique séjour iodé à bord du vaisseau de l’amiral. Vue à 360 degrés sur la mer et sur le ciel étoilé de toutes les chambres de la maison et du salon. Sans oublier l’accès direct à la plage. Contacts très sympathiques avec agence et propriétaire. Nous recommandons à 100%

Ein wunderbares Haus in wunderbarer Lage. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt

Bereits der Empfang war der Auftakt zu einer wundervollen Urlaubswoche. Die Besitzerin hat uns zusammen mit ihrer Schwester außergewöhnlich freundlich begrüßt und uns in das beeindruckende Haus und Anwesen eingeführt. Die Zimmer und Badezimmer waren blitzblank gereinigt, der große Wohnraum mit einer integrierten, gut ausgestatteten Küche ist hell und bietet einen wunderbaren Blick auf das Meer und den Strand. Nachdem wir erst am Abend angekommen sind, hat uns die Flasche Champagner und eine kleine Jause im Kühlschrank besonders freudig überrascht! Das Haus steht auf einer Düne über dem Meer, über eine gemauerte Treppe gelangt man zum Sandstrand. Die Zimmer sind in Bezug auf Größe und Ausblick unterschiedlich, jedes aber komfortabel und mit seperatem WC und Bad. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die ruhige Lage. Die Straße zum Haus ist kaum befahren, am Abend und in der Nacht hört man nur das Rauschen des Meeres. Dieses Feriendomizil wird von uns uneingeschränkt weiter empfohlen.

Begrüsst wurden wir von einer sehr charmanten Dame, die uns mit einem selbstgebackenen Kuchen / Champagner / Wurst aus der Schlachterei überrascht hatte. Vielen Dank dafür ! Die gesamte Abwicklung / Koordination / Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter verlief reibungslos, so wie man es sich halt wünscht. Das Haus war in einem tadellosen Zustand / sauber und gepflegt, eingebettet in einer traumhaften Naturkulisse. Der Erholungsfaktor liegt bei 100%. Wir können das Haus jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

It was absolutely wonderful! The house and the Environment are still much more beautiful than on the fotos, it is just amazing and very confortable. Our welcome was well prepared and everything very clean. The owner is very sympathetic and helpful it was a very cordial welcome! Fabulous!

This place is amazing. The pictures made it look good, but it's even more beautiful in person. The views toward the ocean - from the decks, the hot tub, the living room, and the bedrooms - are spectacular. The kitchen is well-appointed, and the beds were comfortable. Our reception by the owner couldn't have been more welcoming or generous, and she responded immediately when we had questions. We are already scheming to return to this ideal spot.
