This large and luxurious 280-sq.m house can accommodate up to 8 people. Like the spa that is resolutely devoted to the sea, all rooms are facing the sea. You'll also enjoy, at any time of the day, a marine landscape always in movement.
2 terraces and a solarium are available upstairs as well as a beautiful terrace on the ground floor.
The ground floor is suitable for people with disabilities or people in wheelchairs. It contains suitable bedroom and bathroom and also gives access to kitchen/lounge/dining room. Upstairs, one of the 2 bedrooms offers an incredible sea view from the bed. Both ground floor bedrooms offer a stunning sea view too. You will find 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and 4 WC for a high level of comfort.
Are you inside or outside? You’ll never be sure because of the numerous glass surfaces.
The beach is at your feet. You can access the beach at the end of the garden. The location combines majestic rocks and fine sands, offering incredible sights and sounds at all times of the day. Watching the setting sun on the horizon reflected in the waves is simply marvellous.
We bet that Menfig becomes your home port and you’ll become the captain of this vessel!
