Apartment completely renovated and with all comforts, very bright and sunny, twenty meters from the beach, with an exceptional location in the Urbanization of Roquetas. It has direct access to the promenade. It consists of a spacious and cozy living room with sofa bed, fully equipped and open kitchen, a bedroom, bathroom and terraces. Very quiet urbanization, you can sleep listening to the waves of the sea and a few meters from the area of bars, restaurants and shops.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön, alles neu, modern und sauber. Besonderen Dank an Rod für die unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe. Trotz der schon in die Jahre gekommenen Anlage haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Gleich bei der Ankunft hatten wir dein Gefühl von Zuhause - und das sagt eigentlich schon alles aus. Die Räume sind mit einem Auge für das Detail mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht - so kann der Urlaub starten.

Einwanfreie Ferienwohnung

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit sehr gut ausgestatter Küsche. Funtionelles Bad mit großer Dusche und anschließendem bequemen Schlafzimmer mit Terassenanschluss. Sehr schön zum Frühstück. Alles in einwandfreiem Zustand. Alle angesagten Funktionen waren auch einsatzbereit. Die Abwicklung mit dem Besitzer war sehr gut. Wir Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten auch in der Umgebung einen obsolut guten Aufenthalt.
