This was a most disappponting house to stay in. The house smelled of damp and must. We couldn’t put our clothes in the drawers as they smelled too musty and foul. The headboard of our bed was in fact a mattress covered with a duvet cover. The outside patio table was so old and dirty and there were mismatched chairs of different colours. The air con in the sitting room didn’t work. To top it all off we had an infestation of ants in the kitchen which meant we couldn’t eat or prepare food there. Even before the ant situation we didn’t want to prepared food in the kitchen as the cupboards were so damp and smelled so bad. The cutlery drawer was not clean and a few ants made their way in there too. Even when we got out of the house to go to the beach there was a huge amount of rubbish piled up for a full week greeting us on our return. Eventually we had enough and contacted the owner. We left with nearly a week of out holiday to go and had to find alternative accommodation in Playa Serena. I have never written a review before but felt I had to warn other families of the horrendous experience we had on our family holiday. Having to move mid-holiday says it all.

El apartamento se encuentra en una zona muy buena, la urbanización es muy bonita y aunque suele haber muchos festivales por la zona, dentro de la vivienda no se oye nada. La piscina de la urbanización no estaba muy limpia, había zonas de suciedad y aunque había un socorrista, apenas estaba pendiente si ocurría algo.La vivienda, en aspectos generales está bien, es cómoda y se duerme bien, pero hay aspectos que se deben mejorar como la limpieza en profundidad de muebles por dentro y limpiar bien el suelo, lleno de pelusas y pelos de animal.Lo peor de todo ha sido la plaga que hemos tenido de cucarachas, viendo practicamente todos los días durante la estancia, desde grandes hasta pequeñitas. Recomiendo tratar el piso con algún especialista ya que en algún rincón han hecho nido.

Het huis ligt heel centraal, centrum, strand, winkels op loopafstand.Mooie , goed onderhouden urbanisatie.Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien.Heel netjes, alles wat je maar nodig kunt hebben in een huishouden was aanwezig!Super!Zwembad van urbanisatie ook heel mooi, groot en goed onderhouden.Goed contact met eigenaar en sleutelhouder!Al met al dus Top!

Gut gelegene Unterkunft

Die Unterkunft ist in einem relativ gutem Zustand und liegt hervorragend, so dass man alles fußläufig erreichen kann. Selbst der Strand der für Hunde freigegeben ist, ist nicht weit entfernt. Überhaupt ist der Ort sehr hundefreundlich. Die Betten/Matratzen waren ordentlich und man konnte gut drin schlafen. Was uns besonders gut gefallen hat, war die Ausstattung. Es war einfach alles vorhanden! Vielen Dank nochmals an den Vermieter!

Cármen y Antonio son unos estupéndos anfritiones. La casa es muy cómoda y tiene todo lo necesario...la urbanización es preciosa...la zona de piscina genial....y la ubicación muy buena. Sin duda repetiríamos,lo hémos pasado genial.
