We have a unit with over 1100 sq ft that offers. 2 Bedrooms, 1 Bath, Living Room, Kitchenette and Washer/Dryer. You also get 1 free parking on site. We are less than a 100 yards from the Beach. Free Breakfast: coffee, muffins and pastries also 10% OFF OUR MENU PRICES in our restaurant. The unit is brand new! We have a patio outside with firepit and BBQ

Everything you need

This property has everything you need for a family or couples vacation at the beach. The property is a very short walk to the beach and is about a 1 km walk to the pier. The apartment was very clean and the rooms were spacious. The bathroom was large and well equipped with plenty of towels to use for the beach and bathing. If you did run out of clean towels, you can conveniently wash them using the washer and dryer in the apartment. The kitchen and kitchen table are small but suitable for small meal preparation. There is a barbeque outside and a larger patio table available for guests to use. You can choose to eat downstairs in the restaurant or easily walk to the pier for other dining options. Coffee and muffins from the restaurant are included in the rental. The air conditioning units worked well to keep the apartment cool. The check in and check out process was extremely easy. Don was readily available, if needed, but we did not have any issues. I would rent this apartment again when returning to Old Orchard Beach.

Enjoyed staying at Tami Lyn’s Place. Don and Tami made us feel like we were family and was happy to answer any questions we had. The food at their restaurant was delicious and very convenient. Will stay again if in the area.

A great place to stay!

We booked this trip last minute & both Tami & Don were so accommodating! They have a great restaurant downstairs & were very helpful with suggesting where to go around town since we had never been there. I definitely recommend staying here!

Charming apartment with awesome hosts!

Don and Tami's place was perfect for us. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Perfect location only a few blocks from the beach. We loved sitting outside enjoying the firepit in the evenings. The food at Tami Lyns was incredible! The personal attention and welcome given to us during our stay made us feel right at home. Highly recommend staying here. We'll definitely stay again if we make it back to Maine. Thanks Don and Tami!

Wonderful homey accommodation!

Great hospitality! Very comfortable living quarters.100 times better than a hotel! Restaurant right downstairs with free coffee and Tami's homemade cinnamon rolls were unbelievable! Very clean, plenty of towels, comfortable beds...Consider coming back without a doubt.
