I love staying in this complex. This unit was equipped with everything you need to have a good stay. The check in was easy. I only had one occasion to message the owner and he quickly replied. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

Great view!

We really engoyed out stay. It was wonderful waking up to a beautiful view on the balcony. Great place to have morning coffee and talk about the plans for the day.

Cute Condo

We loved our stay and loved the way the condo was decorated! It's convenient to everywhere, especially the beach but felt more like a residential building as it was very peaceful and quiet- definitely what we were looking for! And you can't beat the price!

Great property

I love this resort. I’ve stayed a few times in different units. This unit was too floor. Great views and the balcony is shaded most of the day which was wonderful when it was so hot. The place was spotless. The bed was comfy and the unit while a tad crowded,is lovely in its finishings. Communication w the host was easy w quick responses. I would happily stay here again.

Cozy One Bedroom Unit

A nice, cozy, comfortable one bedroom unit that has very nice home decor throughout and a very well equipped kitchen. Everything in the unit worked fine. There is a lot of traffic noise on the balcony because the balcony faces both a nice body of water but also a major road bridge. The noise is not a factor inside the unit though. Before booking, if the pool, pool deck and hot tub are important to you, check that they are in operation. They are listed as property amenities, but they were never in operation for our stay. We should have asked.

All good except for the noise

Everything you could ever want in a rental condo is here -- and more -- and the property manager is helpful and kind. The view from the balcony is great in one direction, so you just face that way. We saw dolphins every morning. But in the other direction is a close and busy roadway going over a bridge. The absolute only issue I have with this rental is the traffic noise from that roadway. The sound apparently is amplified by the water and maybe the shape of the bridge over it. Without earplugs AND headphones over those, the noise made it impossible for me to sit on the balcony and enjoy the view. It's rattle-your-bones noise when the traffic is heavy. But I did have earplugs and headphones, so I could cope. If you plan to rent this lovely place, bring noise-cancelling headphones and enjoy all the condo has to offer.

Needs improvments

Was in contact with the owner two days before we were to arrive to confirm codes etc. Upon arrival they did not work. After two hrs. I was able to borrow some internet from one of the cleaning crew in order to contact the owner. His response was " Oh I forgot the code has changed". None of the codes he gave us were right. Pool, etc. The unit was in no way what I have experienced before with my vrbo stays. The unit was not up to standards for vrbo. Not really Clean, patio was dirty with broke flower pots and the two chairs were coming apart. Mirrors and doors dirty and the handle for the patio door falling off. I was going to clean but the utility closet was so full of junk and no really cleaning products to do so. We even changed the air condition filter because it was so dirty. Bought a lamp for the sitting area because there was nothing but overhead lighting. Bought a couple wine glasses too. Love the resort but not this unit. Been there three years ago and the resort itself if very well managed.

Second time staying in this unit…first and last.

1.Unit was not clean on arrival. Had to call host..sent a lady to finish cleaning she was not aware the unit had been rented. 2.Unit was disgustingly filthy even after her cleaning. Floors were filthy…area rug was filthy in kitchen was stuck to floor…area rug in living area was filthy and full of animal hair and stains. Had to move them to the patio during our stay, We cleaned the floors daily during our stay but could never get them clean. 3. Ice maker did not work on our arrival had to un-thaw it so it would stop making noice and produce some ice. Had to do this multiple times a day and night. 4. Refrigerator would not stay cold on normal setting,had to set it higher to keep food cold. However,the higher temperature setting froze our fruits and vegetables which we had to throw away. The host said no other renters had complained about the fridge but then said they had had an issue with the ice maker and they were aware of the problem…since they were aware of the issue it should have been resolved before our arrival. 5. No water on hot or cold water in the bathroom sink…contacted the host and he sent his father over to fix it…he poke a hole in the faucet screen which only caused the water to spray everywhere when using. 6. Wi-Fi did not work on our arrival had to contact host a couple of times for assistance. TV was very cumbersome to operate due to prior renters unplugging system…per host and lady cleaning. 7. Unit was cluttered to the max. Closet was unable to use due to beach supplies,etc. 8.Patio furniture was mildewed and in disrepair. 9.A pile of items were left in corner of patio that should have been removed prior to renting. 10. Mattress pad with stained and filthy. We washed the sheets prior to use this is when we found the stained mattress. 11.Carpet in bedroom was worn out and filthy. 12. Dryer lint vent is full and could be dangerous. We cleaned the removal lint filter each time we used the dryer. It was cleaned when we left. We will never rent from this host at this location or any location he hosts.

Boca Ciega 403

We enjoyed our 3 day stay at this property. It is located in a nice building with a lovely pool and hot tub overlooking the Boca Ciega Bay. The unit is well appointed, but a little crowded. The kitchen is well stocked. I might suggest having some wine glasses. The bed and furniture were very comfortable. The balcony is very big, with lovely views of the bay. Saw some dolphins. The only downside was the road noise...but as soon as you go back inside and close the door, you can hardly hear it. Scott was helpful and called to make sure everything was ok. We would stay here again.

AMAZING SUNSETS

Overall a great property, however if you aren't a pet person look for a different place 😉. We enjoyed the pool view of the bay and the place is well equipped for beach trips. Also, you will have to jiggle the toilet handle to get it to refill with water after a flush, in which the owner is aware of this on going issue.

Beautiful condo, AMAZING location

my boyfriend & i stayed with our black lab mix cosmo and it was the perfect place to relax after a day exploring st pete. the view from the balcony is breathtaking, the sun went down right over the bridge and we often saw dolphins as we had our coffee. very well equipped with everything you’d need for your stay and more; kitchen appliances, smart tv with cable, ample seating, beach supplies, toiletries. the bed was extremely comfortable, and the condo was very clean and cozy. I felt like i was staying at somebody’s grandmother’s house (and i mean that in the best way possible). this was an awesome little spot and i would definitely stay again. the condo is at a place called boca siega, it is on the top floor but there is an elevator and luggage carts, plus you get the best view. when on the balcony you do hear road noise from the bridge but once the sliding door is closed the noise completely blocked out inside. we especially loved using the kayak the host provided! thank you so much for everything!!

GORGEOUS CONDO WITH GREAT VIEWS AND AMMENITIES

OUR STAY WAS GREAT AND RELAXING. THE HOT TUB AND POOL WERE JUST THE RIGHT TEMP TO ENJOY WHILE LOOKING AT THE BAY. THE CONDO WAS NICELY DECORATED AND HAD MORE AMMENITIES THAN WE THOUGHT. ADJUSTIBLE BED WAS GREAT. BEACH UMBRELLA ETC WAS HANDY. QUIET AND LAID BACK ATMOSPHERE. MANAGER WAS GREAT AND ATTENTIVE.

Great alternative to the beach.

This condo was a great alternative to a beach condo with easy access to restaurants, food and provisions. We even saw dolphins while relaxing on the patio. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had. It was a comfortable size for 2 travelers.

Boca Ciega does not disappoint!

Great time. Pool and hot tub areas are wonderful! Saw manatees and dolphins in the bay. Bridge traffic noise is annoying.

Good location but disappointing stay

The location is convenient to everything—beach, shopping, restaurants. On arrival the apartment was dirty and in this day of COVID-19 we were alarmed. As we had arrived late in the day, we wiped the counters and floors ourselves using disinfectant wipes we had brought. But the rugs were dirty and the vacuum cleaner that was there would not pull up dirt as it was so full from other users. The oven was dirty and the drawer below where the pans are stored was full of food and crumbs. The bathroom sink stopper was broken and the 2 mops in the closet were so dirty that they couldn’t get anything clean. The arms of the chairs on the balcony were badly frayed. We called the owner and to be fair he offered to send a cleaner and said that the previous tenants had left the place in poor condition. But we had already cleaned as much as we could and it was late. The next day a lady brought a Swifter to clean the floors. A couple of days later he sent a gentleman who arrived unannounced to fix the sink. I don’t want to complain, but this apartment was grubby. There was every appliance for every need and a generous supply of Keurig cups, but the overall cleanliness of the apartment was poor. We understand short turn around times but we wish we had been asked to wait an extra hour or so to arrive so that a proper cleaning could have been done. Disappointed! Canceled our 2 month winter reservation. Would not rebook.

Nice Hotel Alternative During COVID

Stayed here with my husband for 4 days while in town for a wedding. Minor hiccup upon check in with the door code but Scott was very helpful at 1:30am when we arrived from 16 hours on the road. My husband was a little concerned because he felt the unit was a little dusty when we arrived because I’m pregnant and we do need to be very cautious about COVID but that was literally the only complaint. The bed was amazing. I love a memory foam bed & this one had massage features too! Kitchen fully stocked as described & there were some toiletries left for our use, too. Location is near a busy road but I slept fine with my traveling earplugs. Complex has a lot of great features and plenty of available parking. I would stay again for sure!

Great location with amazing view!

The property was nicely decorated with modern amenities. It was a tight squeeze for the four of us staying, but would be nice for a couple. The beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed waking up each morning to have coffee on the balcony. The view from the balcony overlooked the intercoastal and we saw sting rays, dolphins, and manatees on our stay. Kayaks and bikes were provided, though we were unable to use them on our stay as everything was padlocked and we did not know how to access them. The outdoor pool and jacuzzi were very clean and relaxing and never crowded. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it.
