Small but comfortable accommodations for a couple, with a spectacular view from the balcony. Possibly a good alternative for some of the local hotels, although security measures appear minimal. Slight mildew odor throughout the unit, which seemed to originate from the A/C (may be a problem for the chemically sensitive). Common amenities (i.e. kitchen utensils, silverware and dishes; spices and condiments; toilet paper; etc.) for our stay were limited, but sufficient. We would consider renting again for a few days, but probably not for an extended vacation.

Nice Property on Water

This is a nice, non beach, location on Boca Ciega bay. THe property is well kept and seems to be a collection of locals that live there, longer term renters, and vacation rentals. This unit was well kept and useful place to relax for two people. More may be tight, but could work for 3 people or a younger family.

We Loved Our Stay!!

We came to St. Petersburg to bring our 89 year old mother here to visit her sister and family. The condo was perfect...very cozy with all the amenities we needed. The best part of our stay there was relaxing on the balcony watching the dolphins, birds and sunsets. We truly hope to be back!!

My cousin and I came to the Boca for a quick visit with family in Tampa. Condo very cute and filled with all the amenities. Absolutely perfect! Great view as always and saw dolphins every day from the amazing balcony. Most definitely will return for a longer stay next time. Best unit yet! Owners thought of everything. We stayed four nights in this condo, and we can't wait to come back. It's the perfect size with all the amenities and a view that is just breathtaking. It has a king-sized bed, great shower, two TVs, comfy couch, and a kitchen with everything we needed. The condo is located very close to shopping and dining, although we ate most of our meals on the balcony to take advantage of the view. The condo felt brand new, very clean and homey feeling with great decor. The grounds were well-kept and very quiet, and the entire week was perfect and relaxing, just what we needed for our getaway. Highest possible rating, we'll definitely be back again.
