Guests are sure to enjoy a memorable vacation in this newly furnished three-bedroom home. Just a short distance from one of the most beautiful beaches in Cayucos, guests can enjoy an afternoon of beach activities and later watch the sunset from the balcony off the open-concept, upper level living room-bar-dining room-kitchen. The kitchen has everything needed for cooking and entertaining. With its stunning views, everyone can enjoy every moment of their time together. The adjoining living room has a wall mounted flat screen television. Also on the upper level are the Master bedroom with a king-sized bed plus a full-sized sofa bed, walk-in closet, flat-screen television, and full bath with a jetted tub. A powder room is also located on this level. The floor below has two bedrooms. The front room has a king-sized bed and a private balcony from which you can enjoy the gorgeous views. The third bedroom has a queen-sized bed. Also on this floor are a full bath and a laundry room. From this floor, stairs lead down to a two-car garage.

This was a very comfortable place for my family, my mother and my brother to stay in. The house had everything we needed to cook meals, it was so clean and the beds were so comfortable! The light in the morning was calming and it was cozy in the big storms we had. Would definitely return if we have the opportunity.

After 25 years of family trips to Cayucos and Morro Bay every summer, the Reids and Smiths decided to sell their mountain cabin and buy a home at the coast. Liz ad Nana, sisters and their husbands chose Cayucos because to them it is the quintessential beach town. Now they have come to appreciate and enjoy all the seasons here. They love all Cayucos has to offer, and hope you do too!

Everyone that stays at "Smooth Sailing" absolutely loves it! It is a wonderful place for a family vacation or a get-away with friends. The home has beautiful ocean views, and is just a short distance to the beach.
