We’re located on a quiet cul-de-sac in Sunriver’s peaceful north end: convenient to the Village at Sunriver, SHARC, and Sunriver’s many activities.

The SHARC aquatic center has begun to re-open for owners, and those with the recreation plus cards only. There is no general admission at this time. Our home has 12 recreation plus cards that can be used by our guests during their stay.

**About Our Home**
Bedrooms: Our home has five bedrooms. Four of them are King Suites with their own private bathrooms. The other bedroom is a bunk room: It sleeps up to eight people (one futon and two bunk beds, each with a double-size mattress on the bottom and twin on top), with a large bathroom across the hall.

Dining: Cooks will delight in the large open kitchen with ample amenities, a five-burner gas range, and tons of cookware. Grilling is a breeze with the gas BBQ on the front deck, right off the kitchen. The kitchen also has service for 24+ people so you’re not stuck doing dishes all the time. The dining table expands to seat 14 in addition to four additional seats at the bar. We also have a second refrigerator in the garage to hold your extra groceries!

Outdoor seating: Want to dine or drink outside? The home features both front and back covered porches. The front porch has a smaller table and chairs, and the large back porch has seating for 12 and a table that will accommodate 6-8 people.

Indoors: Relax in the large great room and attached kitchen and dining area. Sink into the large sectional to watch a movie on the 55” TV with DVD/Blu-ray/Netflix, or grab a book from the shelves to read in one of the comfy leather chairs by the fire. Each bedroom also has its own 32”- 40” flat screen TV with Tivo and Netflix. Or wind down in our extra-large hot tub. We’ve also got ping-pong and foosball tables in the garage.

SHARC passes: We have 12 passes to the Sunriver Homeowners Aquatic & Recreation Center (SHARC). SHARC offers indoor and outdoor pools and waterslides, disc golf, an all-season tubing/sledding hill, a basketball court, and much more. With our SHARC passes, get all this at no cost to you: Save $25 per person, per day!

Bikes: We have six adult bikes, two for younger teens, and some smaller bikes, a trailer, and extra helmets.

Pet policy: Sorry, we don’t allow pets at our house. However, for those that may suffer from severe pet allergies, please know there have been both cats and dogs here in the past.

**About the area**
In winter, check out Mt. Bachelor, just a 30-minute drive from the house for downhill skiing or snowboarding, and snowshoeing and Cross-Country skiing areas are even closer. You can rent all kinds of outdoor equipment in town.
Outdoor activities are endless in Central Oregon: Sunriver offers four premier golf courses: The Woodlands course and driving range a are a half-mile walk from our front door.
The area also offers some of the best fly-fishing in the country. Try out a canoe, kayak, or stand-up paddleboard on the Deschutes River.
The area is also a runner's and hiker's paradise. Stick to the paved trails in town, or head out to find some of great trail running and hiking.
