Une adresse à garder précieusement

Tout était simplement parfait. Chambre spacieuse, beauté et détail de la décoration En plus de cela, l'établissement était idéalement située. Elle se trouvait dans un quartier agréable et sécuritaire, En résumé, mon séjour dans cet appartement à peniscila a été tout simplement parfait. La propriétaire (Mme Valérie) a été d'une gentillesse et d'une disponibilité exemplaires, et sa connaissance de la ville a été un atout précieux.

Super séjour

Nous sommes très contents de notre séjour. Famille avec deux enfants en bas âges. Notre logement était parfaitement équipé, propre, accueillant, calme et bien isolé avec une sublime vue sur les collines et la mer. La résidence est propre, la piscine également. Nous avons été très bien accueilli. Pour ce qui est de la ville, c’est magnifique, surtout le château, la vieille ville etc. Les plages sont plutôt grandes, heureusement il y a quand même pas mal de monde. Les petites ruelles sont très animées, restau, terrasse, bar, musique… des parcs pour enfants un peu partout dans la ville. De jour comme de nuit, c’est très très beau. A moins d’1h30 de València, ville qui mérite également le déplacement. Pour résumer : le logement était parfait, spacieux et propre. La ville magnifique. Merci, nous recommandons vivement ce logement.

Séjour agréable

Appartement très agréable, bien équipé et propre. Bien orienté la vue sur la méditerranée toute la journée fait du bien. La terrasse est vraiment bien et nous a permis de prendre tous nos repas à l'extérieur malgré les températures élevées. La piscine nous a bien aidé. Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances .Je recommande

Appartement Peniscola

Appartement très fonctionnel dans résidence calme. Propriétaire sympathique et disponible en cas de soucis. Seul note négative, loin du centre de Peniscola, obligé de prendre la voiture et donc de payer le stationnement.

AGREABLE ET BIEN SITUE

Conforme à l'annonce, l'appartement et situé dans une résidence assez récente, calme, propre avec 2 belle piscines partagées sans trop d’affluence. A notre arrivée nous été accueillis par Paqueta qui nous a fait visités les lieux, l'appartement est fonctionnel, propre et bien équipé avec une terrasse vue sur mer. La résidence est en retrait de Penscola, la voiture nous a semblé indispensable pour les sorties Plages, ville ..., nous avons eu également l'occasion de faire de belles randonnées en montagne et sur la côte, juste à côté de la résidence dans le parc naturel Sierra d'Irta. Encore merci à Valérie pour son aide par téléphone.

Superbe, accueillant et dépaysant

Appartement très accueillant avec vue sur la mer, spacieux, lumineux et beaucoup de rangement au niveau des placards. Bien équipé, avec en complément clim et plancha. Très grande terrasse pour les repas en famille et les petits déjeuners. Grande piscine dans la résidence, celle ci est très jolie avec ses diverses couleurs. De plus, place de parking privative en sous sol (ouverture portail électrique). L'appartement est légèrement excentré mais à deux minutes en voiture, et nous avons toujours trouvé des places. La propriétaire a toujours été disponible. Nous recommandons vivement.

Séjour très agréable en famille avec 3 enfants

Très bel appartement avec vraiment tout le confort nécessaire voir même plus clim très appréciable et terrasse au top. Les piscines sont propres et pas trop de monde malgré la période. Prévoir les déplacements en voiture même si ce n'est pas très loin du centre ville car pas de trottoir. Le snack est désormais fermer dans la résidence. Résidence plutôt calme dans l'ensemble et parking fermer très apprécié. Peniscola est une très belle ville bref je conseille vivement cet appartement et garde l'adresse.

jolie résidence propre et au calme

Nous avons apprécié nôtre séjour à Nerea.Sur les hauteurs de Peniscola,avec vue sur mer ,la résidence est trés propre et relativement calme,même en haute saison.Les 2 piscines sont trés bien , il y a également une pataugeoire.L'appartement est joli et spacieux,la literie trés confortable,et la grande terrasse agréable pour prendre les repas.Nous étions 6 lors de notre séjour et trés à l'aise dans le logement.Seul petit bémol sur les équipements de la cuisine(plats,poële ...),il en faudrait un peu plus ...Nous gardons un bon souvenir de nôtre séjour et recommandons cette location .

Genial !!!

Cadre sympa, grand appartement très bien équipé, propre et bien décoré proche Peniscola ( mais voiture fortement conseillé pour faire des provisions et allez à la plage ). Résidence bien entretenue, Piscine idéale pour famille (pataugeoire, +2 grandes piscines avec sanitaires ) faible occupation durant notre séjour. Propriétaires réactifs. Restau/bar sur place correct. Parking couvert très appréciable. Peniscola est une petite ville balnéaire typique espagnole, pas mal de restau ayant un bon rapport qualité/prix. Quelques attractions et activités classiques (petits trains, citadelle...).
