Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à 2 pas de la plage .L'appartement au 1er étage face à la mer dispose d'une grande terrasse ou nous avons pu manger tous les jours .l'appartement est très spacieux ,le coin nuit bien isolé.Il est très propre et fonctionnel. Un parking privé .Il n'y a vraiment rien à redire.Bianca qui nous a accueillie est très gentille ,ponctuelle et disponible.Nous reviendrons l'année prochaine. Merci.

Une excellente semaine

L'appartement est absolument parfait, ultra bien situé, il n'y a qu'à traverser une avenue piétonne pour arriver sur la plage. Tout est très propre ( merci Bianca) et fonctionnel. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la clim présente dans toutes les pièces. La piscine est aussi très agréable pour jouer avec les enfants. Nous garderons un excellent souvenir de ce séjour.

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung rund um wohlgefühlt!

Die Wohnung ist mit 2 Bädern und 3 Schlafzimmern sehr komfortabel. Der große Esstisch im Wohnzimmer ist sehr nützlich und praktisch. Wir waren über Weihnachten/Neujahr da und die Wohnung war angenehm warm. Die Lage direkt an der Strandpromenade (ohne Autoverkehr) ist perfekt. Auch der Kontakt zum Vermieter war problemlos und sehr nett (auch wenn wir kein Spanisch verstanden haben). Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder mieten und können Sie uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Bevestiging van al het goede !

We hebben dit verblijf onder andere gekozen op basis van de zeer goede recensies en dat bleek volledig terecht: het appartement is licht, zeer proper en heeft alle comfort te bieden. Correcte opvolging door de eigenaar, steeds bereikbaar. De ligging was een bijkomend pluspunt: frontaal zeezicht, gelegen aan een zeer rustig gedeelte van de lange Avinguda de Papa Luna en met - in september - toch genoeg leven op de boulevard. Het stadscentrum is niet té ver en indien gewenst echt wel te voet te doen. Zeker aan te bevelen !

Schönes Appartement mit Blick aufs Meer

Der Check-In mit Bianca war Dank Google-Translator problemlos. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und die Einrichtung ließ keine Wünsche offen. Die Betten sind bequem und die beiden großen Balkone bieten nahezu immer Sonne oder Schatten. Der Weg zum Meer ist kurz und die Promenade erstreckt sich insgesamt über 5 km. Der Eigentümer hat uns kurzfristig eine Garage für unsere E-Bikes in einer benachbarten Anlage organisiert und von seiner Frau haben wir sehr viele Restaurant-Tipps bekommen. Alles sehr nett! Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub.

Super Wohnung

Wir waren Ende April/Anfang Mai 2024 für 2 Wochen in dieser tollen Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist definitiv genauso, wie auf den Fotos abgebildet! Anreise und Check-in waren dank unserer sehr netten Vermieter problemlos. Insgesamt waren unseren Vermieter sehr freundlich und haben alles getan, damit wir eine tolle Zeit hatten. Während unseres Aufenthalts hatten wir 2 Regentage, die sich allerdings dank der sehr schönen Wohnung mit dem fantastischen Blick auf das Meer sehr gut überbrücken ließen. Wir sind nur sehr ungern am Ende unseres Urlaubs abgereist und planen schon den nächsten Aufenthalt in Peñiscola - sehr gerne wieder in dieser tollen Wohnung! Danke an unsere Vermieter Carmen und ihren Mann!

Alles wie im Prospekt beschrieben.

Leider war unser Aufenthalt durch äußere Einflüsse zum Teil erheblich getrübt.3 Wochen Fassadenanstrich und umgestürzte Strommasten deren Beseitigung fast 1Woche dauerte. War nicht ungefährlich! Kein Angebot einer Entschädigung.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit

Unsere Gastgeber haben uns sehr herzlich empfangen und sich viel Zeit genommen, um uns Alles zu zeigen und zu erklären. Das Appartement liegt sehr schön direkt an der Strandpromenade ohne Straßenverkehr. Das helle Ambiente und die geschmackvolle Einrichtung haben uns sehr gefallen. Es ist wirklich Alles vorhanden, es fehlte uns an Nichts. Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren top und toll ist, daß es deutsche TV Sender gibt, damit man sich auf dem Laufenden halten kann. Wir bedanken uns bei unseren Gastgebern und hoffen, daß wir bald wiederkommen können.

Ferien

Wir kennen Peñiscola sehr gut, da.wir schon mehrere Jahre dorthin in die Ferien gehen. Leider können wir nicht immer die gleiche Wohnung nehmen, da sie jeweils besetzt sind. Wir hatten bis jetzt immer gute Wohnungen. Doch diese hat es übertroffen. Wir hatten sehr viel Platz. Auch die Vermieter top Leute und die Reinigungskraft top bei der Übergaben der Wohnung. Wir hatten 2 mal kaltes Wasser beim Duschen. Beide male wurde sofort geschaut, dass es in Ordnung kommt. Die Vermieter waren sehr bemüht und sehr freundlich. Beim 2. mal wr dann alles in Ordnung. Die Reinigungskraft kam der hälfte der Ferien bei uns vorbei und hat uns die Betten frisch bezogen, die Badezimmer gereinigt und den Boden gewischt. Echt toll. Die Vermieter haben uns noch 2 Flaschen Wein geschenkt. Ganz tolle Leute. Beim Empfang der Wohnung war alles sehr sauber, kein Staubkorn nichts. Diese Wohnung kann ich sehr empfehlen. Vielen Dank an die Vermieter.

Wunderschöne Wohnung in bester Lage

Die Wohnung ist genau so wie auf den Fotos gezeigt und bietet alles, was wir für einen gelungenen Urlaub brauchen. Sie ist sehr gepflegt und sauber, wie übrigens auch die gesamte Wohnanlage. Die Lage am autofreien Abschnitt der Promenade ist perfekt. Die Schlüsselübergabe war unkompliziert und sehr nett. Unsere fehlenden Sprachkenntnisse konnten über automatische Handy-Übersetzung leicht ausgeglichen werden, Die gesamte Kommunikation war sehr freundlich und angenehm. Vielen Dank.

Un lieu parfait

The property itself is perfect, both in terms of mod cons on offer, the standard, and the location facing the beach. MAGNIFICO APARTAMENTO

El apartamento es muy grande y está completamente equipado. El aire acondicionado es maravilloso y puede regularse en cada una de las habitaciones individualmente. Las vistas magníficas frente al mar. La zona tiene de todos los servicios y restaurantes. La playa esta a 10 pasos del apartamento, perfecto para ir con niños. Un lujo de apartamento totalmente recomendable para ir en famila.

Très bel appartement idéalement situé

Un très bel appartement situé en Front de mer sur l'avenue Papa Luna à mi chemin entre Péniscola et Benicarlo. Accueil très sympathique avec explications sur le fonctionnement des appareils et même un accompagnement dans un supermarché ouvert en ce weekend de Toussaint. Tout est parfait.. Allez pour chercher la petite bête il manque une planche à pain et deux casseroles. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir
