The best location in Cabarete -The Premier Luxury 4 bedroom 4 bath on the beach in the heart of Cabarete next to Millenium Hotel and Spa. This is a complete residence not a condo. Entirely renovated in 2016!! The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern amenities and a private maid/cook (Luma). We have Apple TV, cable and a great Sonos stereo system synced in.
Super FAST INTERNET with range to the beach!!
There are two master bedrooms with king beds, on en-suite with queen and 1 bedroom with large doubles. 5 Minute walk to town on the sand. Maid service, excellent property manager and security along with a great front yard. Upstairs deck is outstanding for viewing day and night for coffee, cocktails or stargazing. Action and adventure or pure relaxation. Surf, SUP, kiteboard, windsurf, laser sail, horseback riding and more. Great restaurants and Clubs!
Fast and great range Internet!
We are pet friendly and you now also have access to The Millenium Pool and Spa next door which is really first class and fantastic!
We have a STATE OF THE ART WATER PURIFICATION SYSTEM so no worries about bottled water, brushing your teeth or drinking right from thr tap!!
We just signed up with VRBO Februray 8 2017 but have great reviews on Flipkey and Airbnb.

Excelent but little noisy location

The location just cant be better. Its really central. So it has little noisy neighbours, especially Saturday night. But in the centre of Cabarete it just cant get better. Villa is exactly according to the pictures and very clean. Maid Luma is not smiling much, but doing her job reliably. When back to Cabarete, we surely book this villa again.

Mistake booking

As we were on VRBO somehow I mistakenly booked this in the DR when I was trying to book a house in Grand Cayman. I immediately called VRBO, they said they could not help me I needed to call the owner. I got his number, He is a Dr. He answered the phone. He laughed at my mistake and said he would take care of it for me. IF I ever go to the DR I will Definitely use this house. It looks amazing and most of all this owner was nice, professional, and helpful. HE gets a 5* from me. Thank you

My stay was great. The house was great. It was clean and it was better then expected. I will definitely come here again. I have been to Dominican Republic numerous times. This was the most memorable.

A great time in Cabarete

This is a lovely home. Everything was clean and very comfortable. The yard and pool area were beautiful. Luma did a great job cooking and cleaning for us. The only problem we had was getting access to the washing machine and dryer. The kids are already asking to go back again!

We are ther most of the winter so this is our private home that we will periodically rent. Mostly April-November though there are some weeks in the winter to go home to work outside of Philly.

Why they chose this property

Not a condo, self contained and world class residence within walking distant of all activities and great restaurants. Stand up paddle right out the front gate with excellent waves out on the reef!
