Florida vacay

Room was nice it would have been better if there was a washer and dryer in The room , but there was one on the property. The views were great easy access to the pool and beach.

Beach get away

This was the of the cleanest rentals ever! It was so well equipped, had comfortable furniture, the area was SO quiet, and oh my what a spectacular view of the Gulf.

Good Stay

Great Balcony view, good bed, good recliner couch, nice kitchen, tiled floors, great elevator, liked the security, great to have both pools although they were a little cloudy, shower water pressure lacking but I think that is almost every where in condo's/rentals. great access to beach, great location on key, right at the beginning and didn't have to get in traffic farther down the road. Good Restaurants, not too touristy. Good for a long weekend!

The property although aged more than others, it was clean, well maintained and upgrades were noticed. Lots of amenities others do not have. Everything about it was nice. Will return.

Clean, great location

Very nice condo. Clean, great location, beautiful beach area easily accessible. Only negative- No washer/dryer in the room. I missed that on the amenities. There is one in the building but it was a little inconvenient. Everything else was good!

Wonderful Trip

The condo was clean and pictures were exact. We had a wonderful trip. Only one suggestion…. The mattress needs to be replaced. It was not comfortable at all.

Quiet, easy to love place to stay

This was our first visit to Perdido Key area. We love the un-busy beach. The unit, 414, has a great view of sunsets. The first thing we noticed was the freshly cleaned smell and appearance. The mattress was comfy. The sliding door to the balcony would not unlock on our first try. After calling the help number, two repairmen came to the room in about 5 minutes. In a short 5 or 10 minutes all was fixed. Thank You guys! Nearby Johnson Beach/Gulf Island National Seashore is a wonderful, almost private, beach. We hated to leave for home, but we will definitely go back to the Perdido Sun. One caveat, no washer/dryer in the room - bring enough quarters for the $1.25 per load washers and dryers which are on the first floor behind the entrance lobby.

Fantastic property

Everything was as described in the listing. Plenty of towels, extra bed linens, fully stocked kitchen. Just steps from your door to the beautiful beach. Already booked another weeks stay in October!!

Perdido Sun

Our room was clean and roomy. Liked the towel rack on the balcony and the view with the taller solid and comfortable chairs. Only suggestions would be a stronger shower head, an egg flipper and curtains on the bedroom windows (we like to sleep in and the light is bright since it’s on the outside hall). We would definitely go back. Thanks!

It was nice

Unit was basic but as expected. Could use some minor maintenance. The curtains didn't draw all the way and were difficult to use. The toaster didnt work and the kitchens light only turned on about half the time. The linens were nice amd the unit was clean. We also enjoyed the dvd selection which is quite thoughtful of the them to provide. Overall we were moderately satisfied with the unit. The pool and especially the hot tub were nasty and we didn't get to enjoy them at all during our stay. The hot tub jets didn't work either. The view was great and the beach was very nice. The staff at the desk were very helpful. Not a lot to do within walking distance but you can venture out by car for more to do.

Nice property

Quiet w/a great view

This place was very quiet and relaxing, which is what my husband and I were looking for. It had its own beach access along with an indoor and outdoor pool. Overall a great place to stay.
