About this property

The historic Molly Pitcher Winery has been given a new lease on life as a condominium development. This sunny corner unit at the Vineyard Lofts offers nearly 1900 sq feet of contemporary living in the heart of Harbor Country. The great room with 12-foot ceilings, has two seating areas, one surrounds the fireplace and offers space for conversation or a good book as well as a sofa sleeper for additional guests. The larger seating area turns its attention to electronic entertainment with a 42-inch plasma HDTV, DVD player and a collection of books, magazines, DVD's as well as an assortment of board games.

The fully equipped kitchen features granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and continues the hardwood floors throughout the unit. The skylit dining area seats eight for a large gathering or just two at the breakfast bar. A washer and dryer unit are also located in the kitchen.

The master bedroom suite includes a queen size bed, breakfast bistro table and writing desk. The private bath includes two vanities with separate tub/toilet room. The second bedroom boasts two queen size beds, flat panel television, and an adjacent full bathroom. French doors from both bedrooms lead to the private outdoor patio with grill, dining table and seating for your summer entertaining.

Beautiful loft, loved the Warren dunes beach

This was a wonderful vacation, thank you so much for the beautiful condo to stay in! We could not find the Harbert beach close by. Regardless we were at the beach daily.

Spacious & comfortable

The photos did not do justice to the size and spaciousness of this loft. It was difficult to find the loft at first and it is very close to some railroad tracks & a crossing. However, the lower indoor loft level & enclosed outdoor back patio are great places to relax and enjoy the outdoors with a book & glass of wine. The kitchen, living room & dining areas were quite large & the bedrooms were quiet.

Graduation Weekend

We had a great stay that allowed us to visit our family in Harbert and attend our granddaughter’s graduation from MSU. The condo was wonderful. It is our second time staying there. Great location.

Family Celebration

We stayed at the property in mid November and had a wonderful time. The location was wonderful with so many beautiful towns and attractions nearby and within walking distance to a delicious bakery that was one of a kind. The loft was beautiful with everything we could have wanted and more with a stunning kitchen. The entire complex was beautiful as well and well maintained. We look forward to go back sometime in the future.

Girl’s Weekend

The property is lovely. The pictures do not do it justice. We had no complaints but just one suggestion. With three girls staying we would have liked a shade/curtain on the front door and a less sheer curtain in the bedrooms. But that said, I’m looking forward to my next stay! Thank you

This home was extremely clean, roomy, well stocked, centrally located and comfortable! Great place for couples to meet or for a family trip. Much better than the pictures! Highly recommend staying here if visiting the area.

We always come back

My wife and I have stayed here many times pre-Covid. So glad they are renting again. This time we had another couple join us. It’s a perfect size for 2 couples. Plenty of space to do your own thing if you want. Nicely decorated with deluxe furniture. Well stocked kitchen. The only quibble is the bed in the master bedroom. I wish the owners would consider replacing it. It's a bit worn and the backboard is loose which makes squeaking noises when you move around. Also, it feels small for a queen (that may be my perspective, being used to a king bed). We had an issue with the guest toilet and Michael was very quick to reply but couldn't get a plumber in before we left. That wasn't a big deal for us. We made it work. All in all, I highly recommend this lovely property. We'll be back as always.

Comfortable Space to Get Away

This was our 2nd time to stay at the loft and it was just as nice as we had remembered. What a luxury to have so much space to stretch out in. Comfortable furnishings and well-equipped kitchen were especially appreciated. Layout is great for sharing with another couple as the bedrooms and baths are quite separate. Beautiful grounds too and walkable to the Swedish Bakery. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

Ideal location

Old friend and I stayed in property first to attend a concert at Four Winds, then to buzz around Three Oaks and New Buffalo. Perfect location to get to everything including the highway to/fro Chicago. Very neat, stocked with everything one might need and several ideal places in the house to experience a great rainstorm.

Both Mary and I grew up in and continue to live in the city of Chicago and while we thrive on all the city has to offer we began coming to southwest Michigan during the summers of college and continued as we began our careers. The peace and solitude that we find just a short distance from the hustle of the city re-ivigorates us with every visit. For me there is nothing better than long walks along the incredible beaches (something that I do year round) finished off with a glass of wine, good friends and a fabulous dinner somewhere along the Red Arrow Highway. Why they chose this property

We were given a unique opportunity to get in on the ground floor of this very interesting development shortly after the drawings were completed. What began as raw space was transformed in six months to a modern interpretation of a Tuscan villa. We most enjoy the central location within Harbor Country, close to everything, but just a little off the beaten path.
